Three times in a row, i ordered a sandwich with no mayonnaise, add bacon, and they took the cheese off too. Not sure if they dont know the difference between mayonnaise and cheese or if the cheese is bundled with mayonnaise or what the hell, but it was sad enough to do it twice in a row, but a third time in a row is utterly embarassing. Last time ill be ordering from this place. Im not paying a premium to get this much of a run around and hard time. I do NOT recommend.

Owners want you to pay for their employees through your food prices but also by shaming you into tipping. The machine now asks for tips for counter service, which is bad enough. But, there isn’t a ‘No’ option. You have to select ‘other’ and then go type in $0 and then confirm. The owner should pay their employees a decent wage and not ask us to subsidize it. If they can’t afford to pay their employees, they need to raise their prices and we can decide whether we agree with those prices or not.

Do not order from this location. Every time I order a sandwich it is always wrong. Pay for extras and never get them. When you call and let them know they don’t care and take no action to rectify the situation. Bad part is, every time it’s ordered it’s bc work is buying it so I get no say in where we eat. I always hope it comes correct every time but nope. I ask for items removed from the sandwich, they always keep them on it. Good thing I don’t have allergies. Go somewhere else that’s local, Frank’s, Louie’s, anywhere but this Jimmy John’s.

What a disaster. They had one piece of normal bread left so I ordered it for my kids sandwich and it was completely wrong (ordered a slim roast beef and there was a bunch of toppings and none were roast beef).

We got into town late and wanted something fresher to eat than regular fast food. We ordered online a little after 9:30 pm. I always feel bad ordering so close to closing time. When we got there to pick it up it was 10-15 min before closing time. The staff was SO friendly and even thanked us for coming in! Food was good and crew even better!!
