Staff ♀️ is always friendly. Pizza is very tasty. Lots of varieties of pizza. I had an issue with staff. Spoke with owners on site and things were definitely straight afterwards. It’s nice to be appreciated So stop by today and grab yourself a quick slice Its Worth it

Good Sicilian but, I want my Sicilian square not round. Please put a square Sicilian on the menu. Regular pie I ordered didn’t taste like it was freshly made. I think you have a good sauce and you have a chance at making a very good pie. Focus on delivering the best pie every time and people will find you.

Almost went to Panera (again) but as soon as I laid eyes on the beautiful stuffed shells and eggplant parm at Litalia I was hooked. As good as it looked – maybe better. Great price and great food if you want something better than Chinese buffet or McDonalds.

Pizza is fine for something you’d find in the mall. I’ve gotten food here a few times in the past. There is a new staff member I’ve never seen before that was extremely rude, condescending, and disrespectful. My interaction with them was tolerable but I watched them say to another customer “ugh girlie what did you order?? That’s disgusting!!” Then the staff member added more marinara sauce to this customers order without the customer requesting it. I also observed this staff member acting aggressively and bullying another staff member.

Stopped at the mall on a road trip with 2 kids in tow. The slice of cheese and garlic knots was a hit with the 3 year old. I got chicken Alfredo and potatoes. The chicken was super tender and the sauce was flavorful. I was expecting a mall fast food joint but the food was restaurant quality. The staff was friendly and very engaging. A noticeably great experience I wasn’t expecting.

These people get customer service I was walking by and they all had a smile and greeted me and so I was like came for chines but let’s see what they got for a cocoa bread and beef patty with cheese first off the fact that it was the best one I’ve had in ct and it was at an American Italian spot is wild fire food everything looked beautiful and delicious

3.5 stars for this spot. It’s no Sbarro. . . Well I didn’t try the pepperoni pizza yet, so maybe. At any rate, the customer service was pretty decent. The place looked clean and well enough kept. I was gonna try the penne alla vodka, but the sauce didn’t look quite as thick as I prefer. The sausage and peppers looked like it might be worth trying though. I went for a slice of chicken and bacon pizza. It was a good size and looked very appealing but it was just okay.

I ordered the Tortellini Alfredo through door dash, Was absolutely delicious, they give you a large portion. The only thing I would change is thing I would change is the broccoli , I don’t think broccoli should be in there but everything else was top notch. I will def be ordering again and maybe dine in. Great job
