Second time I’ve ordered a pan pizza large pan pizza from this place and they make it a hand tossed every time you pay more money for a pan pizza but you get a hand tossed anyway. Pan pizzas are supposed to be deep crust crunchy and everything on the outside and it goes around in a circle I know the difference between a pan pizza and a hand tossed I even pointed it out to the girl checking me out oh I took it out of the pan myself and I said well that is not a deep pan I said you can put that crust in a that kind of pan but that don’t mean you’re going to get a deep crust out of it so this is twice now I’ve gotten crappy pizzas from there this is the second crappy pizza I’ve got from there will not be going back thank God Domino’s is opening up over there it’s going to kill this Pizza Hut please I live in Columbia and you would never get a crappy Pizza like this over there

Pizza Hut is as always super overpriced, but I will say I have never had worse dine- in service than I’ve had tonight. Centralia pizza hut is probably the most incompetent of all the pizza huts in the central area. They rushed our pizzas through the oven. The crust was still white, almost raw. And then took 10-plus minutes to try to deliver the rest of the food. I really could go on it, was just a really bad experience. Zero stars if I could. Shut this place down and make it a Dominoes.

Our waiter was awesome. Four of us got the buffet. The selection wasnt the greatest but what we had was still pretty good. I just wished they’d put out more premium options. If 4 of us would have ordered 2 largest we would’ve saved money and got what we wanted.

Ordered online, got a confirmation email. Half an hour after delivery time, the app said it was still in the oven. Called the store, and they claimed there was no order and nothing they can do about it: no food, no refund, no nothing. What a crock.

Service is very hit and miss. You either get great service or none. Food has been good, if you make it that far. Last visit all we could get was blank stares. Finally left to go find some food.
