Absolutely amazing customer service. During the 2026 freeze, my truck had gotten stuck on the iced over slope in front of this location. Without question, the staff came out to help get me unstuck. Well I’d just like to say their rolls were “on point”!!
I go to many Chicken Express. I am a no-name expert when it comes to dinner rolls lol. Chicken Express got to be known for their roll’s. And if you don’t know, you better ask somebody.
Nothing worse than a cold, burnt,dry and stale roll. Bread can be moist? Absolutely! These were. The perfect touch. Kennedale is on point serving great roll’s. I also asked for one spicy tender and lo and behold I get two!! Blessed I believe the managers name was Ashlynn? I’m going to call there now and make sure I got the right name. So obviously she’s doing a great job managing and whoever put in the work to make those rolls May God Bless those hands. That made my night. If you take away anything from this message, make sure you go and get a nice Hot Buttery Roll from your local Cheeecken Express, or drive down and to Kennedale, Texas and get one of ours. Oh and the corn nuggets

They told me they ran out of regular tenders and refused to cook more since it was 40 min before closing. Waste of gas money.
Edit: they gained back 2 stars because the lady was very polite and the food was hot and extra tasty

Just went in today 7/25 and Candace was amazing! I had trouble with my payment and she absolutely went above and beyond. She got me fixed up fast and I was out the door. The food is perfect and fresh even as close to closing time as it was. We are new to the neighborhood and this will be a fav just because of this great experience. Keep up the great work Candace and crew!!

This place is usually good, they got my order wrong this time. I ordered 2 extra tenders that they forgot to give me the side of mashed potatoes was not filled up and non existent gravy. And they only gave me 1 ranch for an order of 9 tenders, no roll either. Coke was full of ice, 1 sip and it was gone Guess I’ll have to go to a different location now

Ordered a 12 piece family meal on Saturday night 6 o’clock got nothing but little crappy piece of chicken .no legs for kids. called them she said they didn’t ha ve any cooked at the time., Sat at 6 not that busy . But y’all can’t prepare for Saturday ,second time this has happened won’t be back . And she wanted me to drive 8 miles .so she could fix my order. should have done it right the first time. The initial ordering process was fine, they took our orders and repeated them back correctly. I had ordered $70 worth of food unfortunately, I have 2 teenagers, myself and my husband eating so it gets costly. When we get to the window to pay I can hear an employee inside making smirk remarks about how much was ordered and about how we ordered the whole menu. At first I played a long with it and agreed and just laughed it off. The lady at the window asked me what I had said so I told her I was agreeing with your coworker there. She closed the window and continued to charge my card but it was declined, I had given her the wrong card by accident. That’s when I could repeatedly hear him talking bad about my family and I and how much we ordered. I gave her the correct card then asked her if he normally talks about people whom has bigger orders that way and she confirmed he receives numerous complaints all the time. I asked her who the manager was and she stated she was the manager on duty and she would speak to him as she had already told him to stop and that it was disrespectful but he hasn’t. She apologized for his misbehavior and asked if I needed any additional drinks while waiting. She was actually the HIGHLIGHT of my experience because he definitely destroyed my experience and is the reason for the 1 star. She made me feel as if she was truly apologetic for his rudeness and I appreciate that especially after spending nearly $100 on take out! Whoever he is, really needs to sat down and spoken to about how customer service works. I understand people don’t want to work these days but there are so many other jobs out there he could have chosen if he did not want to take it seriously
