Ordered the Brisket Whopper.
My burger is obviously wrong and far from what’s advertised. The woman who I believe was the manager was a bit on the rude side telling me that my burger was made correctly. Keep in mind, there is no brisket in sight on my burger and there were no pickles. But, she wanted to gaslight me in to believing the brisket meat is under the cheese and never addressed the fact that didn’t have any pickle on my burger, as showed her my burger. She took the sandwich, looked at it and expanded how it was made right, gave it back, and basically sent me on my way.

Very nice people, hospitality and polite just like the way Burger King was in the 80s. I miss this kind of atmosphere. Been a lot of places in Georgia. I’m a service technician and I usually go to the closest Burger King in my area of work and this is by far one of the best I have dine-in. I think if I ever passed them on the highway I’m just gonna stop here cause I already know where to go. Thank you if you read this.

I had the best Whopper I’ve ever had here at this location. The burger was hot and fresh. The vegetables were crisp and they cut it in half, the way I like. It’s not often these days that I compliment food establishments. They are to be commended for putting out a fresh hot delicious burger. I asked for no onion.

The employees were very nice, but we ordered 8 items and they got 5 of them wrong and forgot 2 of them. Literally every person in front of us had missing items as well. They were super kind about it and did fix the wrong items for us, but it was a very long stop. We didn’t realize there were missing items until we were in the car and decided not to take the time to go back. If you stop here, the food is really good, but double check everything and be prepared to wait a bit if they need to fix it.

This is honestly the cleanest and fastest Burger King I’ve ever been to! The food was fresh and made with care, and the staff was super friendly. Great customer service and a smooth experience all around. I’ll definitely be back!

October 18, 2025 the food was fresh and hot and very tasty . Great customer service from the cashier as well , the only cons was that the floor was a bit sticky around the fountain drinks area but overall I had a great visit to this Burger King location in Stockbridge GA

Service is hit or miss. Your order will rather be right or completely wrong. Management is lacking in quality customer service skills. Easier to request a refund than risk having a remade order because once they mess up they will keep messing up.

I was Around 10 o’clock they close at 10:30 and I was trying to order food. Every item was either sold out or didn’t have it … It’s ridiculous I know people want to go home, but they’re getting paid to do a job. Unacceptable.

I literally just left from there. Some how the staff managed to mess up my order twice. I asked for a whopper with cheese cut in half with light mayo apparently they don’t know what light mayo. Or said we had a follow simple instructions. The first time it was dried in Mayo not cut in half the second time it has no mayo still not cut in half. It’s just absolutely insane to me that y’all couldn’t get something so simple as putting light mail and cutting a sandwich and have.

I absolutely adore this store. The environment is always clean and welcoming, and the staff is incredibly friendly. The food is served quickly and fresh, and they always ensure I have everything in my order without needing to ask. There’s also a drive-thru employee, Bria, who wears glasses—she has a great sense of humor, and I truly appreciate her personality. It’s even more special since she shares the same name as me! Overall, this is an exceptional store.
