I had never been to Cava…I decided to try it out for the first time and I was not disappointed. It is my new go to restaurant and one of my favorites.
My man Ricky provided amazing service, and walked me through ordering (he could tell I was a newbie).
I decided to come back for more another day, and guess who helped me…yep, Ricky!
He remembered me and took good care of me again, even through they were super busy.
I love this place and this location!
I highly recommend Cava and especially this location.

first of all shoutout to my boy RICKY!!! he’s the goat along with every single cava worker. btw all the ladies who work there are very beautiful :p cava staff is made up of nothing but joyful beings who are super kind. i’m so serious my only goal is to visit every single cava that has ever existed, but this indy location will be my home away from home. i always dine in and it is just always a splendid, wonderful time 🙂 I LOVE YOU INDY CAVA KEEP BEING YOU❤️❤️❤️

I am honestly devastated. I love Cava as the food is delicious and they have great portion sizes, this location included. However, I just got a bowl here (online takeout order) and there was nearly half the amount of food as there normally is! Just look at how much bowl is showing in the attached image! I asked the workers and was told that I got the correct portion size. As I have many years of restaurant experience, this says that there is a new hot shot manager who thinks they’re going to save this location so much money by restricting portion sizes. Newsflash buddy, you’re only losing customers, which ultimately means you’re losing money. I am extremely upset about this change as I won’t be coming back here anymore.

Great customer service! Great atmosphere! Food was on point, and something different, cleaner and healthier eating! I had a build your own bowl with 1/2 grilled chicken, 1/2 Harissa chicken ( which is spicy but not too much) and I added steak, there was a upcharge for that, but I didn’t mind. Reasonable prices as well considering everything is a la carte nowadays.

Great experience at this CAVA every time I go in-person with a generous amount of food in my bowl for me to have enough for lunch the next day!
I just went yesterday and Ricky did a great job taking care of my bowl and also running the register. He was one of the hardest working guys in the store, and this location definitely need more workers like him in the front-of-the-house to help manage the slow, long line.

I wanted to say HANDS DOWN this was the best experience we have had in a fast food restaurant in years!!! First, let me start with the the CAVA team and when I say Ricky and Dolph exceeded expectations! This was our first time and had heard amazing things (on social media) so we decided to drop in. As soo. As we walked through the door Rivky greeted us and explained the menu AND then said he he wanted to personally wail on us to explain. How it worked. He was patient, kind and VERY knowledgeable. We were able to sample things and make informed decisions on bowls! Now let me talk about the food…..the food….the food…is was EXCELLENT. We didn’t feel stuffed or heavy, everything was fresh and flavorful. I HIGHLY recommend this spot. Oh, I forgot to mention the Juices…..clocked it!

My and my husband’s first time at Cava. Our adult son’s second visit. We are in from out of town as our son is racing the Monster Energy Supercross race at Lucas Oil Stadium. Ricky was so helpful and friendly, offered recommendations on the different menu options, and even came to check on us at our table to make sure we were satisfied and to see if we needed anything. He asked why we were in town and chatted with us for a bit – and wished our son the best with his racing. The food was great! Wish we were local – this would be a frequent visit for us!
