Well where does a guy start. Had group reservation here on a Sunday night and understandably we expected a little wait but this was ridiculous. Got there at 630ish and didn’t leave there until 915. Wouldn’t have been bad but I now have five kids whom missed there only chance to go swimming back at the hotel I essentially paid extra for. Not to take anything away from our waitress but she was obviously a newbie and not organized or prepared for our group nor did she get any help. The biggest factor in my rating was the fact that i never received my meal. It looked good on the menu but? Disappointment, lost order, no food, #unwillingdiet. There was cabbage instead of salad on salad bar and we were literally cleaning up or own plates. On a lighter note what food that made it out was fairly good I was told. I did get the appetizer bobbers and fried egg things which were good. I like what they did with place and it sure looks nice. Wished I would have had a better experience sure seems like a place with lots of potential.

We were celebrating our daughters college graduation and had made reservations for 15 at 6:30. We got there at 6:20 and was seated immediately. We sat there waiting for about 20.minutes and was told that they were looking for menus and silverware. Finally came and got out drink orders and than brought menus. Our waitress came over with an attitude from the start but we were trying to have fun. We went to the salad bar and it was half empty and was told they didn’t have staff to fill it. The restaurant was only half full. We waited for about 2 hours for food and drinks. The food was cold when it came and later found out why our waitress Britney didn’t care how pathetic her service was because her tip was included in the bill. Which was going to be over 70.00. we asked for pop refill had to ask for them and still didn’t get them. Asked for steak sauce was told she needed to find some and never brought any. My daughter told them our food was cold and service was bad and Britney came over and started raising her voice to my daughter. Another staff came over and tried to help but Britney went to a customer that was sitting at the bar and started talking about us. She was trying to get other staff involved and causing drama. Horrible waitress with a huge attitude. It was sad because this is how my daughter got to celebrate her graduation with cold prime rib and HORRIBLE service. Britney sure brought beers because they add to your bill but not refills. You must ask for them several times. If I was management I would be embarrassed that I had customers treated like this and served food that was so cold. My dad had the walleye and stated it would have been delicious if it would have been cold. Super sad because it was a cute place but awful service and cold food. Won’t be back and will let others know.

Ordered the sirloin and beef tips. Steak was cooked correctly and beef tips were very good. Baked potato was very cold. Ordered a old fashioned and bartender made it incorrectly. Basically just gave me a glass COMPLETELY FULL of scotch and served with two cherry. I politely asked the server to take it back and the bartender who was not even ten feet away from my table loudly started complaining and sounded like a child just because someone didn’t like her drink. Ridiculous and unprofessional. Didn’t even know what scotch was available. Server was nice but not trained at all. No skills with talking to guests. Entire experience was weird. Got sat but had to go to the bar to get a drink. Would not recommend. Steak was good though. Whoever the bartender I’d needs to learn how to talk to people and not throw a fir because she is inexperienced. Bottom line the place was horrible and I will never return. What happened to the Brig?

We had a 630 reservation tonight and got there about 620. upon arriving we were immediately seated, however that’s the only thing that happened in a timely manner throughout my entire experience.
After being seated we were told that they didn’t have any menus and or any silverware (explain to me how a restaurant runs out of clean silverware when they’re only 1/2 full). We waited approx 20-25 minutes to have our drink orders taken by Britney. The drinks were then delivered my someone else & we were left to sit another 20+ minutes before Britney returned. She informed us there were two large tables ahead of us so “it will be a little bit”. We placed our orders since we had already been here for almost an hour.
We waited another hour before we were brought our food. upon receiving our food everyone’s food was cold. My daughter ordered Mac and cheese & refused to eat it as it was cold. Britney was asked to bring steak sauce and asked multiple times to refill our drink. She never did bring steak sauce and only brought one drink refill. She came to the table ONE time after our food was out. We were never told sorry for the wait nor asked if we needed anything while we waited for our food.
Upon getting our bill it was brought up that our food was cold. Britney began raising her voice and making aggressive hand gestures. Another waitress came over to attempt to try and help resolve the terrible experience. While the other waitress was attempting to help BRITNEY BEGAN TALKING TO A CUSTOMER ABOUT US AS WE WERE STANDING THERE.
Our experience was poor, at best. And it was very apparent Britney didn’t care to tend to our table as we had an added gratuity anyhow.

I love the drinks here; they’re tough but not burnt. The food has always been very good. The place itself inside or in the newer outdoor area is very inviting and has a great atmosphere. The Lakehouse is clean and the bathrooms are very clean. The view in the outdoor area is really nice. It’s been great for date nights or afternoons with coworkers after a hot day:)

First time eating here and it was great. Nicely updated, roomy and clean. Salad bar was amazing and my husband who is not a soup eater went back for seconds of the cheesy potato soup! Unfortunately they ran out of chislic so some of our group had to change their order but everyone had good food. We had a group of 14, they accommodated us easily and our waitress was very friendly and attentive even though the place busy as ever on chislic night. We will be back again!

First off, service was great. Food was okay, even had the prime rib, but seemed to have little flavor and the steak itself was atleast 40% fat. Atmosphere was okay, there were four kids running around hollering the time I was there so it was on the noisy side.

5th or 6th time coming here and what an awful experience this time was. Ordered drinks, received pop. Went to the bar to finally get our drinks. Waitress took our orders wrong. One had the wrong side and an undercooked steak. One had extra stuff that was asked to be left off. And one order was completely forgotten about. I can get a better salad bar at the Coffee Cup gas station than you can get there tonight.
Maybe an off night. Maybe not. It’ll be a while before we step through them doors again.
The bar tender lady was nice and was saying sorry for the service.
They had a nice selections of crayons for our 18 month old daughter. Her chicken strips and fries came out as expected.

We got the 12 oz Riley to share. Ordered medium rare. It was more rare than medium. But did have a good flavor. Waitress was not very attentive. Husband got salad bar. He had to wait about 10 minutes and finally got her attention to ask for silverware. Nothing really for dessert except apple bites. I had to ask about desert
We ate late so it wasn’t busy. Price is a little on the high side.
