Absolutely horrible service. I was told literally 6 black olives for a footlong or I had to pay extra and the same with other toppings and got charged almost 27 dollars for 2 sandwiches. On top of the staff being rude as all heck. They said its because the prices of food went way up…..yeah, but they charge almost 3 times what it used to cost already. I will never go to another subway again especially the one in herrin illinois. Nice job driving away customers.

Very clean and friendly staff, we were greeted with smiles and professionalism. Downside was the restrooms were out of order, both men’s and women’s. So I couldn’t give it a 5 star rating at this point. There are hand sanitizers available to clean your hands before you eat. The sandwiches were tasty and very filling. Once they open up the restrooms this Subway could easily be a 5 star location. We will definitely be back and willing to modify my review for a 5 staring the future.

I don’t normally like doing this and I have never had a problem with this subway before, but tonight was a horrible experience. Two new guys training, understandable. My sandwich looked sad, there was barely anything on it. When I told the manager she had an attitude the whole time with me, but I wasn’t even mad. I just wanted a new sandwich. She was talking about me and making it seem like I was awful for wanting a new sandwich, like it was bothersome but the first sandwich was disgusting. Just disappointed because I love subway but this was not a good experience.

Normally have good service at this location.. my pegnant Girlfriend went into subway after our trip to the vet. Guess the worker was having a bad day or something, got an attitude when my girlfriend asked for guacamole, and literally covered her entire sandwich in mayo… Like the bottom, everything and half the veggies are falling out…. Not sure if the worker was having a bad day or on something, but I won’t be back for awhile.

There is now a sign posted on the glass where the subs are made that says “we can not put extra olives or banana peppers on sandwiches”. So if all I want is olives on my sandwich, I can’t get extra? When I asked why, the nice young lady behind the counter replied “my manager said so.” If I can’t have olives on my $15 sandwich, I’ll go elsewhere. And we did. Bad business on a franchise that already refuses to accept coupons.

Subs are amazing as usual. Biggest complaint is their weekly special menu. Every dang Friday is TUNA day. Who does that, select people even care for Tuba let alone a tuna sandwich. Not cool at all Subway, you have way better options for a Friday special. Almost seems as if Subway owners don’t want business on Fridays. Also Subway with drink and chips is $13-$16 they also mandate a tip so add $1.60 minimum.

We came in right before close with an order of 5 subs. Woman was polite and jovial still. Food was great. They don’t do coupons or anything now tho which sucks. Parking is lame as it’s right on the street.

Was in there on March 1st right before 5pm. There was one lovely worker who was quickly and cheerfully filling an order for a lady who ordered 7 sandwiches, while also filling an online order for three pizzas and four sandwiches. Not once did she show frustration, she maintained communication with the customers, and her memory of everything with so much going on at one time was very impressive. She apologized several times for the slight delay, but she was so kind. There were about four very positive customers standing with me who were impressed and reassuring. Give that lady a raise, she rocked it out until her two other employees arrived a little after 5pm. Great food, clean lobby. Great attitude from all 3 staff.
