My friend was a little nervous asking about their use of gluten bc she bas a dangerous allergy, but the guy behind the desk was nice and helpful in answering our questions and double checked when asked. I didn’t get his name but we were probably annoying and he was helpful, so the guy (and girl!) working Jan 20 right before close deserved a thank you (: The smoothie was also super yummy and I’m usually a Smoothie King girl, might have to make the switch!

I came in to Orlando from Chicago. Some family members told me about this place. Came in to check it out and it just smelled like vomit. It was pretty strong. I’m not sure what is going on. I tried a Bubble Trouble and it was ok. The smell pretty much made everything taste bad. I feel bad for the workers there.

Employees should have better attitudes with handling customers. They also should know how to make smoothies that aren’t runny like water. They should also pour my smoothie instead of them just sitting there doing nothing. They also didn’t ask for my phone number for the rewards!!!!

Not a good place for wheatgrass shots. I paid for a two-ounce shot and got a one-ounce shot, and it was watered down. I will never purchase wheatgrass shots at this location in the future! This is my first time submitting a negative review, but I just had to be honest!

I have been coming to this location since 2020 and I’ve been a planet smoothie fan since 2005. This location is definitely representative of the brand with the consistently delicious smoothies and the friendly service! I’m always welcomed when I come in and the management seems to really care. You can’t go wrong with a smoothie here!

I came in on Monday to the worst service I have ever experienced in my life. The girls were so rude and had zero concept on how customer service works. I can only take so many eye rolls. If you want to work in customer service at least pretend like you like your job.
