Garlic chicken is my fave but everything on the menu is good. The mayjahn chicken has all the delicious sauces on it and they do a great job with their poke. The garlic chicken is my favorite because the perfect crispy skin. Not a battered chicken strip with barely any meat and all flour but a real cut of chicken with super crispy skin on every bite and FRESH garlic taste. Food is always made to order and hot and delicious. So freaking good. Owners are good people too.

Best teriyaki chicken I have had! Not soaked in tons of sauce, rather perfectly flavored with their special blend. Atmosphere would be helped by some type of temp seating while waiting. Since it’s a food truck, a board with their name (picture of plate etc) by street would also help bring people in. Look forward to next opportunity to come by! Jo

Best place it town and friendliest service. I ordered the teriyaki chicken and while it was being made I tried the spicy pork. The pork was too good to leave without some. Now I have 2 plates of the best Hawaiian food I’ve ever eaten!

This food is made with love! I can’t wait to try another item on the menu. I had Garlic chicken (Katsu) and hope I can try it again after rotation of other items. This cart is right behind JDs and snug up against Diamond Auto Detail. Don’t miss it. We don’t have many options in town and this cart should be preserved!
