I ordered a full size club and it was missing the turkey. They told me they were out of pepper which is no big deal but half of the meat isnt there so Im not sure if that was intentional or if whoever is prepping the subs needs more training. I took off the tomatoes for a better picture. The cashier was lovely but I wont be coming here again.

We used to like Cousins a lot. We would prefer to support a local company vs. a national chain. But our experiences at Cousins continues to disappoint and the quality seems to go down. The bread the last five times times seems to be at least a day old if not older. I bake bread, so I’m pretty confident in this assessment. Vs. competitive sandwiches, there seems to be a lot less on the sandwich, we were charged almost $20.00 for two half (7″) sandwiches yesterday and with what we received, this seems almost criminal. I know the owners fight the battle between cost/profit and the product they deliver, but you are loosing customers.

Horrible customer service. I ordered chicken tenders, small shake and fries. Well the order was wrong… I ended up getting charged for a sub with the tenders, shake and fries. I wait the longest time and when she gave me my order she just stared at me. My shake was overflowing out of the cup and got the bag with my order in it all sticky. Then she barely mumbled an apology for the long wait. I would not go here.

Online orders are not done correctly, fries and cheese curds are maybe warm, fries cold, no tomatoes and they add tomatoes, lettuce is transparent and wilted. Just sad, and for what they cost…definitely not worth it!

When I ate here the African American employees openly gossiped about me because I ordered water with my meal. Maybe another reason they gossiped about me is my hair may have looked bad because for the last 10 years or so I was helping my elderly mother and my intellectual challenged brother. Yet, do you normally attack people you dont know out of trying to be proud? It’s just a sign of Obama and Biden policies emboldening minorities towards belligerence, aggression and sometimes criminal action.

The reviews speak for themselves. Very slow service, got the wrong food that was ordered and manager was unprofessional. Called to inform that wrong order was received and was interrupted multiple times and was spoken to very condescendingly. Will be reaching out to corporate as this was completely unacceptable. Terrible customer service, stay away from this location if you can. This isn’t the first time having issues, but this was the final straw.

Can we please just close this location already?? The people who work here are extremely lazy, they never have orders on time, and most of the time the orders are simply just wrong. There’s a Cousin’s down the block in Franklin and it’s simply a night and day difference between both places. The Franklin location has their r orders on time, the workers actually do their job, and I have never received a wrong order from that location. Enough is enough…. Cousin’s save yourself some money and close this location…. it’s simply a joke at this point.
