Ordered 2 pizzas for pickup. The gluten free pizza was barely cooked and nasty. The large pizza was the complete wrong order. We ordered half and half and they put everything on one side. The everything wasn’t even what we ordered. I think even if the ingredients were right, it would have been bad. We tried calling but all you can get is an automated system. Bad all around. Won’t be back

Who made my pizza? Everything online shows square pizza. I ordered the medium with extra sauce. I received a circle pizza with almost no sauce. I’ve had better pizza from the microwave.

3.5/5 We ordered inside. The young girl who took our order was nice. It took about 15-20mins for our food to be ready. First impression of the calzone was ‘wow this is huge!’ However, the filling wasn’t that much. We had wings and cheese sticks as well. The bbq wings were really good. Cheese sticks were good, pretty generic. Definitely not better than dominos or papa johns.

Had a really awful experience for the 3rd time this month. The whole doordash thing aint working out for yall. This is the 3rd time this year ive ordered from Jets and with door dash you receive your food either 1hr 30 min later or you dont ever get it picked up from the store when it comes to delivery

Ordered 4 corner deep dish got home so excited about having my pizza and when I open the box this is what I found. The box is half empty. What a disappointment, I understand everyone is cutting back on expenses, but come on Jet’s Pizza $17 for this!!!! Never again…..

Terrible service!!! Phone system is awful. Promised delivery within 45 minutes and we have waited OVER AN HOUR and just now the pizza is on its way. Finally arrived 80 minutes later and pizza was cold and not very good.

Hand tossed pizza was very chewy and dry. Maybe over cooking caused that dry and chewy crust. Maybe the crust was old. Not sure why the hand tossed from this location was so tough.
