I ordered through door dash. My oder arrived in a timely manner, but my sandwich was inedible. It was burnt to a crisp. I called the shop and was told I could get a credit towards a future order, but they would not send out a replacement. If I wanted dinner I had to go pick it up! If I wanted to go pick something up I wouldn’t have used door ash. Who ever wrapped the sandwich knew it was burnt beyond recognition.

First Time ordering, it was a big order, $70 in food. Got the email it was out for delivery, at 5:45pm, perfect I live less than a mile away. 6:15 still no pizza. I call and I’m told it’s waiting under a warmer for door dash, and their delivery driver has only been on clock for 15 minutes. I had to wait for door dash. After I protest waiting an unknown time, for old food they say they will deliver. Another 15 minutes before it comes, the food is cold, toppings were sparse when I asked for double, the wings came plain, and cold. I ordered garlic parm. Will not be ordering again mostly based on the conversation when I called to find out where my order was.

The blond hair kid that was taking orders on the phone had a pair of gloves on and the once done with the order on the phone touching phone and computer with gloves on proceeded to then just go back tell me he is going to start working on my order now and grabs my bread with them gloves on and starts to work on my sub with them very same gloves on this is absolutely disgusting

Decent pizza on a short amount of time. The floor was sticky. The tables were dirty. The employees were not very helpful. Maybe it was because we came in an hour before closing.

Just ordered a pizza tonight for delivery. They didn’t tell us at the time we placed the order that DoorDash would be delivering the order and we received a call from Marcos 30 mins after the order was supposed to be delivered asking us to come and pick it up. No discount was offered and when we got there they then said they had to remake the order. The DoorDash delivery person then showed up calling us foul names and asked us to step outside to fight. Marcos still didn’t offer any discount or anything and it is now two hours past our delivery time. I encourage anyone to avoid ordering from this place ever again. No respect and don’t take responsibility for any.

Will never do business with this Marcos again. Worst experience I’ve ever had. Never before have I placed an order for delivery and then was told I had to come get it. They didn’t tell us nothing to try and make anything right and the delivery person then tried to fight us when we came to the store to pick up our pizza that they had to remake. I encourage anyone to think twice before getting screwed by this business. Take your money somewhere else.

I’m not sure about other Marco’s Pizza places, but on July 29th, 2025, my girlfriend was doing Doordash and went in to pick up an order. She was not expecting that it would be done yet, just let them know she had an order. Whoever the woman was working proceeds to complain to her co-workers about Doordash so she could hear it. This individual also had her kids running around the kitchen getting into things, which is completely unprofessional, and also noticed that the kitchen staff were not using any gloves to prepare the food. I personally will not eat here!!!

Pizza we ordered (large, 8 slices) was cut into 12 pieces and the toppings because of this were all in the creases of the cuts. Husband mentioned it the next time we ordered and was told that yeah, it cut that way for a different order and they screwd up. Fine, I get it, but we weren’t offered any discount on a next order. Would usually not kick up a fuss, but their Brooklyn location hs been getting worse and worse in quality, which is a huge bummer.

The cashier had alot of issues understanding what we wanted. We asked for specials she typed in something else. Our price changed liked 4x. My husband finally said we wanted the two topping pizza large . The toppings are not correct and neither is the price . Cashier kept saying they had a new system and she wasn’t super familiar with it. Which would be understandable but do people not train their employees when they get a new system? Training was not optional whenever our systems got upgraded. We finally got the pizza we wanted at the price we wanted and the pizza was good but the cheese bread was horrible. Very little cheese in a small area in the middle the rest was just bread. Please train your employees better . It was super annoying standing there for 10 minutes and then on top that she said your order will be ready in 40 minutes. Based on very few orders they had and a basic knowledge of the chain pizza industry we knew it was going to be half that long which it was. We both just looked at each other and regretted going there.
