Well …. We LOVE it! We are die hard Asian foodies and make a ton at home ourselves, so we’re not novices. And this place didn’t disappoint. Now, this was the first visit we both ordered ramen. There are lots of other items on the menu. We’re not giving a total review on things we didn’t eat.
But we did eat the fried tofu ramen mid-heat and brisket ramen hot and both were wonderful. The broth is super flavorful, the servings are generous, and the place is clean.
My one suggestion? Please add music. It’s SO quiet in there you barely want to talk.
West Plains, please RUN to try this place! They’ll need all the support they can get to stay open and they are worth it. Try food additions you KNOW you like, especially if you aren’t familiar with ramen or pho or Asian food at all. Then at least some of the flavors will be familiar. Definitely a good date night option.
We had 2 bowls of ramen and 2 bottles of soda and it was $41 and change paying with cash. It’s reasonable for the amount of food you’re getting and it isn’t fast food, so don’t expect fast food prices. Let’s support this business so we can keep it around!
Whatever piece of pork they gave me was as edible as a truck tire. Bland as hell from the broth to the plain hard boiled egg.
The dumplings were edible but freezer burnt.
For $33 they should have at least given me a toothpick instead of plastic spoon and fork to get the stringy pork out of my teeth.
Whoever gave more than 2 stars probably thinks KFC and Hardee’s is acceptable wedding cuisine.
I think dirty bath water with a cut-up rotisserie chicken from Walmart and some scissor cut scallions would have probably been a better use of my money for dinner tonight..
Not really sure where the other pictures on Google came from but they definitely don’t look like something that could have come out of this place..
Feel like I’ve been catfished.
Don’t be fooled by the price of the ramen. You get a lot for your money and enough food to fill you up for hours.
