Best lobster rolls, amazing sandwiches, and reasonable prices. This is our favorite place to eat in Provincetown. In fact we pretty much eat there almost every meal because it’s consistently delicious and it’s also very reasonably priced especially in comparison to other options in town. The service is friendly and the owner is always happy to see us. Definitely try the “Lobster Brioche” which is a proper lobster roll and my personal favorite of all time!

Sandwiches were super good, and reasonably priced. I got the Paul Revere and really enjoyed it. It is nice to have a cheaper option available in Ptown, since a lot of places are more high end. Service was quick and workers were friendly. It’s not the most spacious restaurant, but it would be a great grab n go stop as well.

We were underwhelmed by the food. Some people really liked their sandwiches, I did not like mine. Server was nice but did not come around to refill our tiny water glasses.

Wanted to experience the hype of these so called “rollwiches”. Plus we needed a grab-and-go lunch for the beach. Ordered 5 sandwiches and 2 soups for the fam, and checked out the local shops while we waited (aka I paid for an overpriced pink mini cupcake next door).
So its just a wrap, but with a softer bread, if that makes sense. Nothing that special BUT the sandwiches were really good. Simple and delicious. Chicken salad, tuna melt, captains chicken, owner’s special (beef), Priscilla Anderson (turkey) were all fresh and refreshing. Soups were tasty too.
Plus the staff was really nice. Or is this just cape cod? No idea but I had a real conversation with the cashier even though they seemed busy.

The lobster roll was delicious but the server was very rude and dry. Certainly doesn’t feel like a welcoming atmosphere.

The food was truly excellent and I loved my Gilded lobster roll. However, with the carnival in full swing, staff was clearly overwhelmed and had not been sufficiently trained yet the ladies and gentlemen working outside didn’t really know what to do about taking orders or cleaning off tables and after I ordered, she couldn’t tell me if my food was being prepared already or if there’s something else happening or why the long wait.

The service was so bad that I attempted to reach out to the owner rather than leave a negative review. My calls were not returned so here it is.
The food was good although the plate was too small which made it difficult to eat without spilling.
The service was horrible. The waitress was rude, we had to ask several times for drinks and the hostess refused to assist us. There were not a lot of guests so the issue was not a staffing issue.
The waitress was chummy with a table where she knew two of the people. She was very friendly to that group and continually checked in with them, refilling coffee and waters as needed.
She virtually ignored our table and one other. No one ever checked on us after the food was delivered. It took asking for water three times before it was refilled.

This place doesn’t disappoint! The 1 lb lobster roll is to die for. The service was amazing and the atmosphere was very charming. I also had the gelato and that had the perfect flavor combination.

I love the place sooo good sandwiches (my favorite is the BLT) , I tried today the gelato mhhhhm yummy yummy my favorite is coffee and Oreos. Their cappuccino is lovely and a big cup too. I can only recommend it!

We enjoyed our lunch here, though the service was a little slow. My husband got the Jaws wrap, which looked better than mine. I had just a BLT and I felt like it was kind of lacking enough filling, especially bacon. Their pickles are fantastic though! I definitely recommend just getting something to go for the beach rather than dining in.
