I would have given it 5 stars but they didn’t have any beef. However they did give me other options for no charge, because I ordered on the app there was really nothing any of us could do about it. But they were cool about it so 5 star service from the employees on smoothing that over, and they did it quickly. Would visit again.

Took over 30 minutes for dine in to receive our food from the time we ordered at the kiosk. Staff was incredibly rude to anyone who walked up to the counter. When we did finally receive our order, our food was all cold, which is wild after waiting 30 minutes. We were missing food from our order, and what’s sad is the next guy after us, got his order and was missing food as well after also waiting 30 minutes. Take your business elsewhere. This is the first time we have eaten here in three years, and yesterday served as a reminder as to why we stopped.

Chicken enchilada burrito was not grilled and was missing sauce. The flatbread melt wasn’t cooked. The burritos were not folded properly and looked lazily prepared. The two guys working were slow and one guy took forever to do his job and the other guy didn’t bother helping him. This is my normal Taco Bell and this is starting to be the average experience here. Waited 25 minutes for 3 items. I tried to submit a report on the app but it was conveniently having troubles submitting it. So here I am.

If I could put -10 I would. The staff is ridiculous unprofessional. Cussing talking about having sexand drug use out loud. When I asked why my small order was taking so long they were very rude ,threw my food together while talking crap . I will never come there again, at least not with that crew.

No employee would serve me at the counter. I waited for atleast 10 minutes. Other who came in after me and ordered at the kiosk were served. Employees simply walked by me as it i weren’t there.

This Taco Bell experience was the worst I have experienced. We ordered our food from the kiosk and when we brought it back to our table we noticed we didn’t have cups for our drinks. I went back to the counter to ask for our cups and that’s when I was told they only had water and iced tea. There were 2 people who were ordering from the kiosk and my husband let them know there was only water and iced tea available. The manager with an attitude said, “there was supposed to be a sign to let you know and if there isn’t one I’m sorry.” She then inhaled deeply and said to herself, “it’s going to be okay” which I heard. Garbage was overflowing and the whole place was extremely dirty. The bathrooms had no soap and pee was all over the floors. There was a paper towel roll left on the sink to dry your hands (because the dispenser was out) that was sopping wet. Defeats the whole purpose of it being there when it’s wet.

If you order online to pick up later. Please make sure to have it ready by the time the customer asked for. I ordered to have an order ready further out in the day and was done 2hrs in advance! Which means cold soggy food. Very disappointed and I’d rather not argue. Take this review as one bad experience out of 5. Please do better. I will order agian to see how next time plays out. Thank you for reading through this review.
