I just ordered from Papa John’s and was absolutely disgusted to find a hair embedded into my pizza. I had already eaten some before noticing it, and it completely ruined my appetite. When I called the store, they offered to make me another pizza, but I was so sick to my stomach I didn’t want a replacement—just a refund. Instead, they told me I’d have to bring the pizza back for one, which is ridiculous and unsanitary.
This was a completely unacceptable experience. I expected better food handling and customer service from a major pizza chain. I won’t be ordering from this location again.
This was very upsetting, and the handling of the situation was disappointing. I hope management takes this seriously and improves cleanliness and customer service going forward.

I tried the thin crust tonight, and it was very good. Only thing I noticed is they don’t include a free dipping sauce anymore and give a packet of salt, onion, garlic, and paprika mixed.

extra-large pizza with three toppings was ordered. I was given a terrible pizza. It appears that they stretched the dough so much that it ended up being half thick and half thin. Overcooked and with hardly any toppings. No sauce on one side.

Three times they forgot to add sauce to the pizza. Each time we received a mound of cheese and dough. No one wanted to eat it, was told it was non refundable, Uber threw us a few bucks in credit, for several inedible pizzas. Tried giving this place the benefit of the doubt the first couple times it happened, now it’s just annoying and expensive.

I had a terrible experience with this delivery driver. They dropped my food at the door, which caused a mess and ruined part of the order. Instead of apologizing or trying to fix the situation, the driver started yelling at me in Spanish and was extremely unprofessional

I Love the papa John’s in Woodbridge the staff is friendly and Aaron and another gentleman ALWAYS gets my papadia’s right. It’s fresh, hot, and good I switched to here from the Linden location huge difference!
