Chef Elia Aboumrad is truly incredible ✨ Her food speaks for itself ; creative, refined, and full of flavor. We had the tuna tartare, steak, sole meunière, salmon, pear, and a dozen oysters , everything was outstanding.
Dessert was just as impressive: lemon tart and macadamia date pavlova were delicious The wine menu is excellent, and we enjoyed both red and white wines that paired perfectly
One of the best dining experiences we’ve had in a long time. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an amazing meal. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Here’s what we ordered:
Boom bang savory star: very dry because there was not enough pesto and marinara sauce inside. They gave oil on the side as a dip instead of butter, pesto sauce, or marinara sauce (any of these would have paired better).
Vegetable lasagna: first bit was undercooked but second bite the white pesto sauce tasted delicious. It took 40 minutes to make, but it was smaller than expected for the amount of time it took to make and for the price. Recommended fully boiling the lasagna otherwise it’s uncooked in the middle and sides.
Bucatini Putanesca: my friend enjoyed this dishes as the vegetables were fresh and tasty. Tomatoes were a bit chunky which was perfect. Parmesan paired well with capers and lemon (this is new).
Carrot cake: not a huge fan but this was definitely the best carrot cake we have ever had! It’s huge, moisty, full of frosting on top and sides, and sprinkled with toasted coconut. I would come back just for this as it’s the highlight of the night. The frosting was truly heart warming.
From start to finish, our meal was unforgettable. Every dish—from appetizers to desserts—was absolutely phenomenal. The Boom Bang savory star bread was the perfect way to start: warm, flavorful, and simply top-notch. The lobster pasta was out of this world—rich, indulgent, and bursting with flavor. I can honestly say I’ve never tasted anything quite like it.
Now let’s talk dessert: the Mexican chocolate crème brûlée was so good, I literally forgot my name. It was that amazing! Did we say carrot cake? Oh my gosh!! Sooooo good!!!
My kids are still raving about the corn dogs, calling them the best they’ve ever had. And don’t even get me started on the creamiest mashed potatoes—comfort food perfection.
A huge shoutout to Chef Elia, the incredibly talented chef and owner, who personally came out to greet us and made us feel so welcomed. Her passion and warmth shine through in every bite.
We’ll absolutely be back—Boom Bang is a must-visit culinary gem!
We arrived a little early and it took a min to be greeted, once we were greeted we were told our table was being cleaned and we would be seated shortly. 4 of our 5 were present and seated, we ordered a few drinks to start while we waited for our 5th. The old fashion was good , I ordered a coffee and I was told it would be an Americano which was fine I just wasn’t told I would be paying for a double to fill the cup. We went ahead and ordered the Charcuterie board for 4 to start. It was presented nicely, the meats were delicious, it was a little unbalanced and needed some more bread to match the amount of meats and cheeses but overall we were pleased.
We all ordered our main courses and they came out in a timely manner. I was on the fence but ended up ordering the bucatini Bolognese. The pasta was cooked very well, the sauce was a little underwhelming I’m just not sure I would classify it as a classic sauce. I don’t remember seeing or tasting any carrots or celery, the sauce was over powered with nutmeg and cinnamon and it just didn’t taste right. I certainly finished it all but I definitely would not order it again. 2 people ordered the white lasagna and it was one dish that took a while to cook. Both people were happy with their dish but if you do order it plan on waiting. One of our party ordered the bucatini carbonara and they seemed happy with it. Overall dinner was pretty good , I really liked the look of the lunch menu and will certainly return to give that French dip a try
We ordered a few desserts and they were decent as well. We ordered the Boom Bang chocolate peanut crunch bar. I really wanted to like it but it was hard to eat. The carrot cake was well received and the Mexican hot chocolate creme brulee was good. Again we enjoyed what we ate but we definitely weren’t wowed.
The overall experience was good , our server was good and we enjoyed the atmosphere. There is plenty to try and I think we will definitely find that wow dish.
Especially when chef Eliaa is creating delicious dishes , she is very nice, friendly and passionate about the food and service she provides.
We highly recommend this beautiful local restaurant.
Boom Bang Fine Foods & Cocktails has opened today and we are so thrilled to have such a great restaurant in Henderson/ Green Valley neighborhood. WOW Amazing restaurant ! Hands down the best fine dining restaurant in Henderson area.
We had a wonderful dining experience. This is the most impeccable and immaculate well put together restaurant.
The restaurant is beautifully decorated with a touch of elegance and modern vibe. It has great bar area indoor and outdoor seating patio .
The Chef Elia has created a fantastic simple but delicious menu – accommodating different entrée options, like vegan , for an amazing dining experience! The entire team cooks delicious food and provide memorable very friendly service.
Very delicious and flavorful food! We had for starters : Calamari ( very tasty, crunchy- NOT chewy) , Wild & Cultivated Mushroom Tart ( definitely one of the best well prepared mushrooms, very exquisite and unique flavors) ,and Charcuterie Board .
For main entree we had: Boom Bang Burger ( very fresh and flavorful, the bun is fresh baked and you can taste the difference) , Fish & Chips ( also very fresh and tasty, it’s not to greasy nor dry either, just perfectly cooked).
As a side my wife had : Roasted Seasonal Vegetables and those are the best seasonal vegetables that she ever ate and being food critic we eat all the time at different fine dining restaurants and we never had something so flavorful and delicious.
And for dessert we had : Lemon tart and it’s definitely refreshing and freshly prepared dessert, but so light, not too sweet, it’s like you are not eating dessert at all. Must try!
Overall: we had an amazing experience !!!!! The food is beyond delicious and the atmosphere is very welcoming and inviting!!!!
We highly recommend it !!! It’s definitely worth the visit!!!
