I ordered a Classic Italian, regular size. It was good, but hard to say that it’s better than an equivalent sandwich at competing chains. They have a nice atmosphere, and the food seems like it might be a little fresher.
I knocked down a star for only offering Pepsi. They need to offer Coke!

Every time I visit this Jersey Mike’s, I’m impressed. Even during the lunch rush, the staff are focused, the place is spotless, and my order is always right.( it’s been wrong once but the manager fixed it asap). The manager deserves credit for building such a strong team you can see their leadership in the way employees work hard and treat customers well. This is the kind of consistency that keeps me coming back.

I had such a great experience at this location. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and worked quickly even during a busy rush. The restaurant was clean and organized, and you could tell the team took pride in their work. My sandwich was fresh, made exactly how I ordered it, and tasted amazing you can really taste the quality in every bite. It’s nice to see employees who care about customer service and make the whole experience enjoyable. Definitely my go-to spot whenever I’m craving a good sub!

The service at this location is dreadful. They seem to have plenty of employees but receiving orders takes forever. We even ordered ahead on the app and still it was a 20+ minute wait.
Employees seem genuinely confused and not sure what to do. Very confusing experience.
My advice is check out the falls grove location instead—much better service!

Fresh , fresh, the best fresh sub out here. You can’t beat having your sandwich meat freshly sliced and put together with fresh ingredients, even the bread is fresh. Service was great and polite. I will go again and again. So if good quality and service is what your looking for this is the place for you.

I love the they are very inclusive hiring their staff, the sandwich is worth going there for sure and their hot sauce is so good that I have bought jars of it ,but honestly it’s not just the food, I go there because it seems like they hire people who should be hired and are very kind and understanding with their staff and that is something I would definitely want to support.
