We had a great experience for dinner last night. The staff was very friendly (Hakeem especially). They treated us very well. The food was delicious. The atmosphere is great. Great view of the ocean. A little pricey, but that is to be expected.

SAMAN- We enjoyed a most pleasant experience at this restaurant. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed and seated. We had a spectacular view of the amazing sunset. Our server, Nicholas, was friendly, attentive, and truly a part of our delightful experience. We had amazing crispy lobster bites as our appetizer, followed by our delicious meals of filet mignon and wahoo fish. Both were perfectly prepared and plentiful, along with the accompany vegetables. We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner, service and views there.

They were completely out of both shrimp and lobster, knocking more than half the menu off, and it was limited to begin with. The filet was good but overpriced, and everything else was pretty terrible. They were also out of all desserts but one as well. I would not recommend this place, and even though we have free breakfast there, we will be going elsewhere rather than going back.

Overall I was not impressed at all with this restaurant. We ordered the steak and snapper and it was pure disgusting! My steak was just aweful , no flavor, it was burnt ,and the snapper was a whole entire fish fried, head and all, and had no seasoning or flavor. The mashed potatoes were not good either. Overall I was not a fan and was a big turn off of this resort 🙁

We had two great dinners here (but patience is required). Food was delicious, servers were friendly, sunset views from the patio were beautiful. On the first night, we had the whole Red Snapper and the special Catch of the Day (shrimp & scallops in a yakatori style). Both were excellent. Then, decadent mango lava cake for dessert. On the second night, our food was equally good, but it took 45 minutes for our drinks to arrive, and another 60 minutes after that for food to arrive. Our server was apologetic, but it would have helped smooth things over if the restaurant could have offered us some more bread or an appetizer on the house during the wait. Entrees are in the $35-55 range and drinks in the $15 range.

32$ for a breakfast per person. And I’ve ate better at comfort inn. There’s an omelette bar that is very good, the only good part.. The rest is eggs bacon and sausage and it’s mid. Definitely nothing close to 32$ worth. You’re paying for a 32$ omelette and orange juice.
The staff were polite and nice, but you only saw them once. Dinner is horrible. You could travel to the other side of the island and eat, come back, shower, and your order might be ready. Few options as well. This restaurant is dragging the resort down.

So there are lots of mixed reviews about this place. In my personal opinion, this was a great place to dine right on the water at the hotel.
There was a steel drum player going throughout dinner, which my son absolutely adored. He played everything from Caribbean music to top 40, so he showcased his talent.
The food was very good, I had the fried snapper. I would definitely recommend. My wife had veggie stirfry which was excellent, and my son had the pasta which he thoroughly enjoyed.
Some people say it takes a long time to dine in here, but I viewed it as time to spend talking and enjoying the sounds of the water while relaxing. It definitely takes a bit, so if you’re in a rush this probably isn’t the spot for you.
The wait staff was excellent, and accommodated all of our requests.
If you’re in the area or staying at the hotel, don’t be afraid to dine in here. You won’t be disappointed.

The food was excellent, the filled mignon was cooked to perfection and the sauce that came on top was delicious. The carrot cake was also one of my favorites. Hakeem was an awesome waiter that was polite, timely and gave recommendations for excursions around the island.
