We spent over $67 asked for extra teriyaki only got one 2oz cup. Went back to get some more and want to charge $1.32 for a 2oz cup of sauce. You can get yum yum sauce for the same price and it a 4oz cup. I work for a restaurant that makes their own sauce and we only charge $.50 for extra sauce. We can go to another hibachi place and pay less. It was not worth the money at all. Plus they were very rude!!

I chose to swing by this hibachi grill for my lunch, walked in through the door, everything was clean, smiles on the waitresses. I took to the counter and I ordered my meal. Took about 6 minutes for my meal to get to me. Literally no time at all. When I was ordering my meal I could see into the kitchen, and the kitchen looks clean. I ordered the hibachi steak meal with my side substituted for lo mein. I also got wontons, for my appetizer. With a $5 tip this cost me $30. Yes the price is high, but it’s worth the food because my steak was cooked perfectly the mushrooms were cooked perfectly the flavor was spot on. My wontons were perfectly cooked and taste it amazing. I was in and out within 30 minutes. Thank you hibachi Express for such a wonderful meal.

Excellent! They have been amazing since they first opened. The food and service is always on point. Call in orders are usually ready in 10-15 minutes. We love having them in our little town.

WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN!!!
Ordered from chow now for the first time while stopping through town. Paid extra for vegetables that weren’t in the plate. In addition we have mushroom allergies and one of our plates were covered in it. Literally had to throw the plate away. All the “fried rice” was undercooked mostly white rice.
Called in to let them know what’s going on and was rudely told to come up there or there was nothing they could do for me (again I was in from out of town, that’s why I got delivery due to transportation).
This was right during closing hours.
I then reached out to support from the 3rd party app chow now for help with this as it was almost $50 worth of food. They advised they forwarded payment directly to the resturant and the resturant only offered $5 back to me as a result of all of this and refused to resolve this in any other way..

Hachi Express Japanese Grill has great hibachi with fresh, ingredients and generous portions. The steak, chicken, and shrimp are cooked perfectly, and the fried rice is top-notch. Friendly service and a clean. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
