Wow! Nice place! They actually got my steak cooked the way I asked for! That doesn’t happen very often. Service could have been a little more attentive. Atmosphere could provide a little more personal space and a little more variety. Good menu. Would definitely eat here again. A little on the expensive side though. And the coconut cake for dessert was the icing on the meal! Nice job guys.

Everything was so flavorful and the presentation was top notch! My husband and I were there to celebrate my bday. The waitress asked right away if we were celebrating anything. I told her and she said there will be a surprise at the end. The rosemary bread to start was so melt in your mouth delicious and came with whipped butter. My husband ordered the seabass with risotto. The seabass was so flavorful and juicy (we share bites)! I ordered the seafood pesto Alfredo. The shrimps were giant and cooked perfectly. The pistachio pesto sauce was creamy . We shared crab cakes and asparagus. Both were so flavorful and the crab cakes had a lot of crab meat in them. They came out with a surprise lemon cake with a blueberry sauce on top. My husband ordered the peppermint creme brulee. The cake was fluffy and not too lemony. The seasonal creme brulee had a hint of peppermint which I was glad it wasn’t overpowering. Our waitress and other wait staff were super attentive and boxed up the leftovers for us. I highly recommend!

We stopped by for a early dinner on our way to a show. Their Happy Hour was in effect and has good selections of food and drinks. We had an excellent hamburger perfectly cooked and some very tasty and crispy calamari. The martini was very good too! The bar setting is great and the dining room has a great 50’s vibe. You’ll love the mural in the bar – a real surprise given the theme of the interior.

Came back for a second time and it was just as excellent as our first time. This time we were celebrating my husband’s birthday with friends and had the best dining experience ever. I highly recommend the Ribeye with Gorganzola sauce…the BEST!! Of course appetiizers of Asparagus and mushrooms were the best also. Our waitress, Samantha, was truly the best ever. Her personality, attention to detail, and her willingness to take our photo and then to be in a photo with us just made our experience so memorable. She never made us feel rushed but did treat us like we were the most important customers of the day. If there was such a thing, Samantha would easily win Server of the Year award! I can’t wait to come back here for our anniversary and this is definitely our #1 favorite place to go to for any special occasion. The Happy Hour serves real size drinks and the Mule and Daiquiri were wonderful

We went for an 8pm reservation on a Sunday night and got there early, they sat us immediately and gave us choice of dining or bar areas. Wait staff quickly attended to our table. Delicious cocktails; definitely recommend the Fluorescent Adolescence. Well priced steaks for quality and portion. Tuna appetizer was amazing! Table bread was warm and seasoned with rosemary. Great decor and ambiance.

We went to Corso for the first time because we were given a gift card for Christmas. We enjoy fine dining and have had plenty of experience in the field. Everything was great, even almost amazing… except the food. Great building, atmosphere, and drinks. My wife chose the $64 Oscar style Steak med rare with the mashed potatoes, and I picked the $56 steak Gorgonzola med with Truffle mac and (5) cheese. (Prices are off the top of my head… maybe not exact, but really close).
For this kind of money I expect my steak to be done properly, and the sides to be mouth watering. Neither of those boxes got checked. My wife’s steak was medium to medium well (no juice on plate after cutting), while mine was medium rare (juicy plate). WRONG!!! The sides were mid at best…. Pretty bland.
Our service was great, and the appetizer of calamari was pretty good. When the waitress asked us how our meal was when we were done I was honest with her. I told her exactly what this review says. I was surprised that no manager came to our table in regard to our concerns. She just said sorry and we went on our way.
Great look… not to par! Too expensive for the quality of food. If it was cooked properly, and delicious it would be worthwhile. I’m guessing it never will be, though if the manager will not come out and speak to guests that are unsatisfied.
We will not go back

My husband and I went on a date to Corso. When you walked in, the place took you back. To a classy Italian restaurant with updated decor. The music is old school. The bench seats are surprisingly firm and comfortable. The service was impeccable. I loved our server and the water girl. They were so sweet! We started out by ordering the Italian Chopped Salad. The pops of flavor with the salami, chopped vegetables, the dressing and the freshly ground pepper all married well together. We then ordered the Fried Caprese. Absolutely loved! This is a must! For our main course, I ordered the Oscar Style Filet. The steak was super tender and easy to eat. The lump crab, the ‘Oscar Style’, was perfection. I would order this again! My husband ordered the 16oz SRE Ribeye Silver. Very delicious. Packed with simple flavor. I don’t like overly flavored steak with too many seasonings. This was perfection. I had the wild mushrooms for my side, and my husband ordered the Garlic Mashed Potatoes. Both delicious. For dessert, we ordered the Pistachio Crème Brûlée. What a wonderful spin adding the pistachio flavor. Chef’s kiss!

Incredible! This is now my favorite restaurant in Boise. Italian inspired steakhouse. The vibes are immaculate, the servers are fabulous, and the ambiance is unmatched. The food was flavorful and cooked to perfection. We visited with a large party for a birthday. We were seated in a private room which was perfect. Our server took great care of us. I cannot recommend this place enough. I’m blown away that more people aren’t talking about this place. 11/10 some of the best food in Boise.

Everything was AMAZING!! My partner and I went to Corso for a date night a few days ago. The atmosphere was very relaxing and welcoming, not to mention beautiful! Our server was fantastic and very attentive. The FOOD!!! I have so much to say about everything I ate and drank, ALL EXCEPTIONAL!!! To keep this post short, I will let the pictures speak for themselves. Overall WE highly recommend. BTW: a birdie told us they have a great happy hour from 4-6 each day. Can’t wait to go back and enjoy!!

Samantha W was our server, and she truly made the experience memorable. With her personable and accommodating approach, she effortlessly catered to our food order. It’s rare to come across a waitress who feels genuine and engaging rather than robotic. I ordered the seafood Alfredo, and it was absolutely delicious. The tuna on the Himalayan rock appetizer was not only tasty but also a unique concept that I really appreciated. I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of the service from start to finish. I’ll definitely be making reservations soon to share this fantastic restaurant with my friends and family.
