If you did a online order at this taco bell around 9:20 pm November 8th with a lot of tacos n burritos just know that they gave us your order and after we had looked through it n touched all the tacos trying to se wig it was our order they asked for the bag back and didn’t even throw it out. They just packaged the bag up for the next person. We had already touched the tacos!!

Really, don’t go to that store and spend your money in vain. They don’t prepare it as carefully as before. Even the Brito he made are so bad that I bought it this morning, but I threw it in the trash without eating. They didn’t put anything in me. I was really surprised. I couldn’t go back and communicate with them because I got away from there.

In Marin county, the architecture, infrastructure, and commercial and public planning centers around a natural aesthetic and it extends to franchises being online with that variable AND so being there was not a sudden, plastic, fast, disposable feeling like going in to other Taco bells or any other fast food restaurants which was nice.

Anna i assume is shift lead has attitude even when you barley greet her. I have had multiple orders completely wrong and it was not busy. Comes around the counter and points to menu to tell you your wrong in what you ordered.

⚠️ Warning ⚠️ This Taco Bell is privately owned and therefore not part of a franchise. Which means they can price their items however they want. So don’t be surprised if you get charged more than what is advertised.
On the other hand, inside the restaurant is pretty clean, the employees are nice, and the food is always hot. Your order may not always be accurate, but I believe they put their best effort in to it.

Will probably never go back to this Establishment again.
Messed up my order and charged me more for an item I didn’t order. Said they would correct it, drive through operator did not relay correction to other employees, so I have now wasted three trips to this place. Taco Bell on Rowland is the way to go, right off the freeway, and 10/10 service, as well as fast.
Avoid this one.

Taco Bell food is Taco Bell food. The reason I give this TB five stars is the unbelievable service. Family run store almost never makes mistakes. Once a dollar item was left out. When I returned days later, the owner immediately remembered and reduced the price of the new order without a word from me. Nice to know they care about their customers. If service at a fast food restaurant means anything to you, go here and be impressed.
