This Tim Hortons used to have a history of rude employees, but in the past few months they have really improved! I usually order on the app and everything is always made perfectly, but today I went through the drive through and I had the most kind and helpful employee get my order! I did not catch her name but she was young and had very long brown hair, she was wonderful 🙂
One note: don’t ever order specific donuts online because the app doesn’t show what the actually have in stock and you may end up paying for some donuts that they don’t have and you’ll be asked what they can get you in place of those donuts! not their fault just something to keep in mind

Waited abouy 10 minuyrs to be served a burned black sandwich, also missing hash browns. Went back, went inside, and they clearly didn’t care, gave undercooked sandwich and barely cooked hash browns as replacement.

I just want to say that this morning at 6am the person who opened the store was incredibly friendly and went out of her to give great customer service. The Expresso machine took a minute and came out and personally brought us our drinks and was so professional about it. I wish I remembered her name but that kindness was wonderful to start off the day for me and my wife.

The food is good in the morning. They are out of a lit of items around 11-1130 even though they are open into the night. The machine to make their wraps was broken and has seemed to be broken on our last few visits. They made a drink i get often wrong (wrong size, made poorly) and did nothing when I made the observation. Even the manager came to the window to say it was correct when it was clearly not (it was made correctly the next time. I wrote to customer service with pictures and never got the issue resolved). The service varies depending on the day and how much staff is there. Take out orders are rarely made by the estimated time.

I stood in line forever while they prioritized drive through ordered a medium French vanilla coffee and I got a watered down French vanilla, not worth even drinking.
Ordered donuts taste like they were made. Yesterday stale as hell.
And the center of my sandwich was still cold.Because they served pre-made food that’s microwaved, garbage. I wish we had a Dunkin’ Donuts. I threw away $10.

I never thought I’d be leaving a review on a Tim Hortons, but this is just the best Tim Hortons! I come here before work semi regularly and It’s always great. Kudos to the managers and staff!!

I placed my order around noon for a dozen donuts and 40 timbits and i got there around 45 minutes after the order was placed. They were scrambling to get the order ready when i pulled up to the window. There was no variety despite them being open for another 7 hours. How are you going to have donuts for sale but not have any in stock? Was 45 minutes not enough time? I was disappointed in this visit and will not be coming back. I paid for a variety and clearly was not given that.

Always a massive long line but the food is always good. And my order is consistently accurate (unlike the East Main St location)! Also, the drive thru menu is very difficult to read in some areas because of poor maintenance. The sign age is so dirty and needs tended to. I have to pull up the menu on my iPhone. Even when the drive thru line is short, plan on spending at least 15 minutes waiting until you even place your order. It’s ridiculous! Poor management at this location.

Workers are very condescending and speak very rudely. They have specific franchise rules that ares posted or publicly known and got upset asked about it. A manager inserted herself on the drive through speaking very rudely and condescending at me because I didn’t know they stopped serving hash browns at 12pm since it isn’t posted or mentioned anywhere. I showed up at 12 exactly and they first said they stopped serving at 11am then they said 12pm. Not sure what the truth is about the hash browns but the manager was very rude and aggressive in her speaking.

EVERY TIME I COME HERE ALL I WANT IS A TURKEY BACON CLUB ON A CROISSANT AND THEY NEVER HAVE IT ITS VERY FRUSTRATING AND THEN ASK ME DO I WANT IT ON A CINNAMON RAISIAN BAGEL THAT DONT EVEN SOUNDS GOOD!!! I GOT IT ON A SOURDOUGH BREAD AND THEY HEATED THE WHOLE SANDWICH LEFT OF THE TOMATO THE BARELY ANY BACON AND NO MAYO I HALF TO DRIVE ALL THE WAY TO CANAL WINCHESTER JUST TO GET MY FAVORITE SANDWICH AND APPLE FRITTER WHEN IM FIVE MINS FROM THIS ONE AND CANAL IS 15 MINS OR MORE. I FEEL LIKE I WASTE MY MONEY COMING TO THIS ONE.
