We have been there several times, and for the most part they are good, and their customer service is pretty good. The one who I believe is the manager, is very nice and makes sure things are right. The food could be a little hotter, but overall they are good, and the value combos are worth it. You gotta try the onion rings!

Horrible experience here . I ordered a large fry and small drink . Drink was under $3. I then asked for the pick any 2 for $5, and asked for the large drink and cheeseburger. The burger is just under $5. Instead of ringing it up how I asked, she rang the drinks up as the 2/$5 and the burger separately. This overcharged me by about $2. No problem, mistakes can be fixed right? Only if the manager is smart enough to see it. Instead, she insisted she was right. I tried to explain the VERY simple math, but she just kept talking over us, refusing to let us even speak. After things settled, and she refunded $4 with MUCH attitude, I tried to explain to her that the first part of customer complaint resolution was to listen. She doubled down and kept talking over me. You’d think a 71 year old lady would be better at her job. I will not visit this DQ again. I’d rather drive to Odenton if I get the urge. Which I likely will not.

I went to pick up a blizzard and the door is locked so they tell me to use the Drive thru. As I am sitting in the drive thru line I see them give a lady her order at the door. So I sit in the drive thru for about 10 minutes to get handed a blizzard that’s soupy. Don’t come here. The person at the window was nice.

Save your money, very poor training, takes too long to receive your order and when you receive your order it’s not made like the commercials. I bought 2 Drumstick Blizzards and 1st thing I noticed was that the cup was messy and you could not turn it over like they advertise it was melted when I received it. Also parking is not good if you park near the building because you will get stuck in your spot due to the drive thru line. If you HAVE to go to this DQ park further away from the building. I know they are new to open but I feel if your staff is not trained enough you shouldn’t open until they are, I saw nobody smiling and I was not greeted at all when I walked in since I was the only person at the register with a employee looking at me without saying anything. If I could give it ZERO I would!!!! This is at the Brooklyn Park Location

If you haven’t visited this Dairy Queen yet, you are probably more lucky than I am. I been there at least three times, all three of those times my blizzards have been very soupy and they don’t even top them off or serve them upside down like the other DQs that I have been to. This is the worst dairy queens I been to in 25 years. Will not be returning

By far the worst thing I have ever ordered. Ordered a chicken sandwich, and the lettuce was brown, and soggy. DISGUSTING! They need to stick to icecream.

Never ever again! I order a small hot fudge sundae, $5! She hands Me this child size ice cream with this tiny bit of thick clumpy fudge. It didn’t even begin to melt the ice cream, it looked awful! I asked for more hot fudge, she said that’s 84 cent extra! I obliged even though the cold fudge wouldn’t spread anywhere on the 1.5 ounce of ice cream they gave me. $6.
Horrible, that an ice cream shop can’t make a simple 2 ingredient menu item correctly! Please save your money!
