I waited while another customer was ordering no problem two workers. The one lady finished making the sandwich and started walking back and forth and it had already been 5 minutes no one welcomed us in or got help when the guy finished helping the customer he put new gloves on thinking we were getting assistance just for him to start pulling the bread out still no assistance had to drive over to the subway on hwy 190 as we did not get serviced

So, I ordered two foot-long’s through the SUBWAY® app. I then sent my son into the store to pick up the order. The employees were somewhat nice, but the way the foot-long’s were made, completely ridiculous. Every single bite was like drinking the teriyaki sauce. The entire sub was drenched. When I said more spinach and more banana peppers, I did not know they would put more of basically everything I did not indicate that I wanted more sauce, but they went heavy. I should’ve said less I am 100% disappointing with both of my sub sandwiches and I wish I could get my money back. They didn’t even give me one napkin, not one 🙁

I love this place! I come here every morning! Greeted with a smile. Teresa makes my subs and she gave me brilliant suggestions. I have been going to subway for years and never thought of the things she suggested. Cookies are always fresh! The store is always clean, and stocked with napkins gotta have napkins! lol

So happy to see honey oat bread is back! Please bring it back as a permanent item because I stopped coming to Subway when it was discontinued. It was my first time at this particular location and it looked clean and had friendly atmosphere (not only the worker but also the other customer in the store ). I had no complaints about my sandwich at all- Made right in front of me and she asked me detailed questions about how I wanted it). I see they have new items since I was last there I.e foot long cookie (wow)! Only things I missed was bar b q chips and diet de. Pepper. On this almost 100 degree temperature day it was also nice and cool in the store. All in all, 5 stars.

Josh did an amazing job with our order and even realized that the total he gave was incorrect and even refunded and rebilled it correctly. For his honesty that over charged difference became a tip!! I wish there were more honest people like that in this industry and he has made a great impression and face for subway stores in my mind! I hope this review is shared and pasted up the chain! Thank you again Josh for showing integrity toward the customers and franchise. Btw he was solo doing during after church rush!! Great job

Being that I love Subway, the staff and services at this location are SUPERB! The manager Theresa is soooo amazing! She’s extremely passionate about her job, and ensures that customers are happy with their services and order. I also can’t leave Tasha out, she’s sooo amazing as well and provides excellent customer service. I’m never disappointed in my order whether I order online or in person. So a HUGE shout out to the management and staff at this location! Thank you all for continuing to make me a happy customer!
