They change their drinks around but i had the Kashi sweet pistachio creme drink and sour lychee enflurage. The bartender was handsome and very accommodating to us. Drinks were $20+ but the atmosphere and presentations were worth it. Food was mid but i didn’t expect much. Honestly all around pleasant experience

KJ was absolutely incredible. He was running the entire floor/bar and was still extremely attentive. I requested a bees knees, sadly they were out of honey. KJ took the extra step and made our party a special mini cocktail as close to a bees knees as he could get and it was PHENOMENAL. The atmosphere inside is beautiful and the patio was truly a treat. We are from out of town and are grateful we made the stop.

Such a vibe! It is a much smaller place than I had originally thought so be serious about booking a reservation in advance! The bartenders were helpful & the drinks were delicious. I would recommend going in the evening, when it’s dark because it sets the mood even more.

Stop #2 in the Reverb building for my wife’s birthday. It had been a long time since we visited, but we had a great night here for our second ever visit. The cocktails on the menu we ordered were outstanding, and we then ordered favorites (espresso and dirty martini) that delivered. It’s a small and intimate space with one of the best views in the city. A must for special occasions. Photos are a must!

I honestly stopped here on a whim because another cocktail bar I was looking at in the city was closed unexpectedly. I was unprepared for how worth it the experience was, and not just for the view.
My bartender KJ was fantastic. He had incredible attention to detail for both newcomers and industry people like myself, and clearly took pride in the art of cocktails and answering questions for anybody curious.
What I intended to be a quick detour on my way out of town ended up being one of my most memorable experiences in Kansas City, and I look forward to making this place one of my stops when I travel.

Definitely one of the most upscale bars I’ve been to! It’s a sister bar of the Monarch Bar so if you’re fond of Monarch you’ll like The Mercury Room! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable when it came to the drinks!

Aaron kept us company, and we marveled at his skills behind the bar. It was such a pleasure to watch him in action and even more enjoyable to experience our own cocktails. He took the time to understand our preferences and made thoughtful recommendations throughout the evening. The intimate setting ensures that this level of personalized attention never wavers.
Between the carefully curated playlist humming softly in the background, the subtle lighting that makes everyone look their best, and the sophisticated yet unpretentious crowd, The Mercury Room manages to strike that perfect balance between elegance and comfort.
