I ordered Little Caesars a few months ago and I got the pretzel crust pizza. It was the worst pizza I had ever gotten. I’ve had this pizza from them before and it was made properly and delicious last time, so i was very disappointed that this was mostly inedible. Guess my expectations were too high. threw most of it away. The sauce was pooled in the middle. It tasted horrible and it looked like it was made my a newborn baby. I was craving pizza again yesterday so I ordered a regular pizza, Even though I wanted the pretzel crust. I was afraid they would screw up the pretzel crust again- whoever was working and made my order tonight 11/1/25 ordered around 4pm- needs a raise. I ate the entire large pizza by myself on the way home in 15 minutes. I was expecting another slop mess but it was a uniform, Beautiful properly made pizza. I literally couldn’t put it down. Maybe I will brave the pretzel crust again… Maybe I won’t. If I know the person that made my order last night is making, I would trust them with my open heart surgery. Please don’t ever quit little ceasars. Pizza enjoyers need your service. You’ve restored my faith in little C. I love you

The worst pizza ever. I know this isn’t Pizza Tree or Shakes, but this is worse than a $1.25 dollar store frozen. As you can see from the pics, burnt. The Crazy Puffs were burnt as well and hollow. There was almost no sauce on the pizza and the toppings were very sparse. This was suppose to be a quick dinner and I have had good luck with Ceasers before in the past, but this is unacceptable. I believe the pizza is baked on a convier system, so I am at a loss for this really bad quality. I will have to do the take and bakes from grocery stores for a quick pizza in the future.

The worker came out from the back chewing and wiping his mouth. Never washed hands and helped multiple customers. He is now smoking his vape at the register while checking customers out. Place is a joke and doesn’t seem to have competent staff

I heard great things about these pizza puffs and decided to try them. There’s not much to the atmosphere. Nowhere to dine in or sit while waiting. Employee at the counter was funny and fast.

I ordered a Slices and Stics and Crazy Bread online, and I showed up at the correct time to pick it up but it wasn’t in the portal. So i left to do some errands because I understand that things can get busy and run behind schedule. It’s no big deal. But I never got any notification. I came back an hour later and asked for the pizza, and the guy informed me that they had gotten my pizza ready at the original time, but just hadn’t put it in the portal. They offered to make me a new pizza, so I waited the 15 minutes and came back. The guy first tried to give me a pepperoni pizza, and only checked when I asked to make sure it was a Slices n stics. He apologized and went back inside and gave me the right pizza this time which I’m pretty sure was the original pizza and crazy bread from over an hour ago considering they were nearly cold. When I went home and opened the box, the pizza was the worst thing I have ever seen in my adult life. There was very little pepperoni on the slice side, the pizza itself was crooked with, somehow, 3 slices instead of 4, and the stic side had not been cut properly at all. Words can’t do justice to how awful this pizza looked. I have pictures and would be happy to send them if required. The Crazy bread was no better. Most of them looked nothing like what Crazy bread is supposed to look like, mostly being clumped and lumped together, also cold, and tasted much worse. This is without question my worst experience ever in a pizza place.

So I came in last night and ordered a pizza, it was moderately busy and when I got the food it was hard(crunchy). I called the next day to get a remake and spoke to Anna who was extremely helpful and compassionate. No complaints no ” ugh” attitude. She made my food fresh as I arrived and even gave me a full refund as well. Now that’s good customer service. GIVE HER A RAISE!

I stopped in here to pick up a quick pizza after a busy day. There seem to be no one in the building I could hear noises from the back but that’s it. Three customers in front of me including myself walked out after waiting for quite a while. Needless to say I won’t be going back here.
