This was a great spot to eat! I ordered the tossed salad, and the grandma slice. They were both high-quality, and looked beautiful! The vegetables on the tossed salad looked artfully crafted and the salad dressing was in a gravy boat.

Stopped with the family for dinner after reading all the bad reviews I had to see for myself. I lived in Mt arlington for years and had their pizza many times in the past 10 years. I am going to agree with most reviews the pizza quality has definitely dropped and my guess is product quality. I also noticed the pizza on the window really seemed old and dried up. What I did have and was great was the cheese steak it was packed with meat and full of flavor. If you are stopping by for pizza maybe try a different place but their other food options are pretty good. Hope things turn around for them and start making changes based on customer feedback.

I will not be coming here again!
My girlfriend is sick so she asked me for some chicken noodle soup. I placed an order for a quart and there were no customers. 10 minutes later it came out and the bill was $14.86
I asked the girl if she was sure and she said
“yes, because it is large”.
I had already placed an order next door at the Blossom Asian Bistro for 2 quarts of some hot and sour soup, my go to for a cold, and when I went to pick it up I got twice as much soup for $12 even.
Needless to say I did tip the girl at the Bistro but left nothing for the girl at Franks.
When I got home I told my girlfriend that I hope that the chicken soup is the best she ever had but I decided to try it myself and it was average at best. They did give us a couple packages of crackers though…
People wonder why ordering out and dining out and tipping is not what it used to be. I’ll tell you this, look at what your selling and the prices that you are selling them at, that’s where you will find your answer.

Pizza was ok. Didn’t hit as good as some other spots around here. I think maybe they need a new recipe for the sauce. I don’t know about the other food. All I got was 2 slices of pizza

Frank’s Pizza is a cozy neighborhood spot that delivers on the classic pizzeria experience. The menu offers a variety of pizzas with fresh ingredients, perfectly crispy crusts, and generous toppings. Whether you’re a fan of traditional favorites like pepperoni or more adventurous combinations, Frank’s has something for everyone. The atmosphere is casual, making it a great place for a quick bite or a relaxed meal with friends. Service is friendly and efficient, and the prices are reasonable. Overall, Frank’s Pizza is a solid choice for anyone craving a tasty and satisfying slice.

One of the best Pizzas I’ve had in my life. It was thin, delicious, salty and the right amount of grease from the pepperoni. The guy behind the counter was amazing and the Garlic rolls sold me when I saw and added it to my order. It was like a three day party in my mouth. So good.
My SiL had the gluten free crust. Said it was amazing as well.
I wish my hometown pizza places was like this one. If it was I’d be eating pizza 6 night a week.

Hunting the Best Slice in NJ, this isnt it. Hunting the Best Slice in Roxbury/Hopatcong, this would be on the lower end of the Rakings. The service was less than energetic, even after we shared why we where there and what it was for. The slice was not good on any level. The menu said they use all fresh ingredients and that they make their own sauce. This is not what we tasted. The place is huge with many tables, booths and seats available. I am sure they do well in catering, but as far as pizza is concerned, sorry to say they missed the mark..See where they end up on the Pizza Hunters App Rakings for NJ.

Our recent takeout order was a big disappointment. We ordered a white pizza, a Margherita pizza, a chicken Caesar salad, a large pasta Faggioli, and one slice of Grandma’s pizza. The white pizza and pasta Faggioli were both good. However, the Margherita pizza was soggy, the sauce tasted like it was right out of the can, and the crust was too thick for a so called thin crust pizza. When they gave me my order I questioned why there were 3 pizzas when we only ordered 2. They opened the 3 boxes to find they gave us a chicken Caesar salad pizza instead of a salad. They said they would make the salad right away. It took almost 20 minutes before they had the chicken Caesar salad ready. Finally, when we got home and unwrapped the slice of Grandma’s pizza we were shocked to see a slice that was so burnt, so charred and so dried out that it was absolutely inedible. That slice never should have been sold to a customer, it belonged in the garbage which is exactly where we threw it. We won’t be going back to Frank’s again.
Update: it’s about 5 months since our horrible experience at Frank’s and still no comment from the owner has been posted. No apology. Doesn’t speak well for Frank’s management! I guest the quality of its management equals the quality if it’s food!

Horrible. Typical franchise garbage. Plastic cheese. No pull. Butnt meatballs Sauce tastes like it’s out of a jar. Crust is bland Ordered extra cheese and there’s less cheese then on normal pizza. If you call that extra cheese you deserve to be punched in the face. No way that pie I’d worth 27 dollars

We recently ordered one pizza and two pasta dishes from this pizzeria over the phone. During the call, we were quoted a specific price for the order. However, when I arrived to pick up the food, I was surprised to find the total had increased by nearly 40% with no prior notice or explanation.
With hungry kids waiting, I had little choice but to pay the higher amount. When I requested a detailed breakdown of the bill, I was only given a single line item labeled “food service” with the full amount no itemization or clarity provided.
I believe in supporting local businesses, but customers deserve transparency and honesty in pricing. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling taken advantage of, and I will be hesitant to return.
