The dishes were unique and very filling with substantial portion sizes
The price was reasonable all things considered
If you’re in town and enjoy supporting small local eateries, I would recommend going to these guys
Keep in mind that they are open on a limited basis and I believe it’s mainly for weekend brunch
Get a sandwich or two and hang out by the Riverside .

Everything I have eaten from here is amazing. The menu has alot of rotating variety so whenever I show up there are new items on the menu. Absolutely amazing food cannot more highly recommend! The seating also right on the San Juan river is couldn’t be better. There Cubano flatbread is one of my personal favorites!

My husband and I stopped by Ritual Pagosa for lunch today. We had the Cubano Flatbread and the Meatball Sub, and they were both delicious and the portions were big. The presentation of the Cubano was as beautiful as it was tasty, too. The marinara on the meatball sandwich was really flavorful, and the meatballs were huge, perfectly cooked, and really easy to eat in the sandwich.
We also had a brown butter chocolate chunk cookie and it was the best treat after our meal. Soft and chewy with just the right amount of chocolate.
The owners are super friendly and gave great us service. So happy we stopped here and we’ll definitely be back.

So excited to have this food truck in Pagosa. I was able to get a gluten-free rice bowl and a delicious watermelon salad. Food came out fast. Great benches with shade and public restrooms in the clock tower.

My husband and I purchased multiple items to sample and everything was delicious! The banh-mi had so much flavor in every part of the sandwich. This place is fantastic! Menu changes regularly. Foods always on point and it’s just so nice to have something different in Pagosa. Our food selection in this town is pretty boring, so I personally very much appreciate Ritual. Also, they always have varies vegetarian & vegan options!!! Which is way cool!
