I paid $7 for this sad tiny turkey sandwich. $1 per thin slice. I know this “isn’t their fault” but these prices are absurd. The staff give great service and the store is clean but corporate pricing is out of control.

I just payed $32 for 2, half full protein bowls! Subway used to be a good fast food restaurant with good prices. Now they have ruined the protein bowls and wraps. You don’t get anything close to the value of what you pay for. Maybe it’s just the Knoxville IA location. I will not order from the Knoxville location again.

Tonight, on 10/23/25, I ordered two sandwiches online. We come here often, and sometimes small mistakes like adding tomatoes when I asked for none happens, but that’s all. That was NOT the case today. They changed the breads, put almost no sauce on one of the sandwiches despite my request for extra, and the sandwiches were falling apart. The time was around 6:50PM. Both workers had very rude expressions, and when someone said, “have a good night thank you,” they gave a very nasty look. I’m not sure if I’ll ever come back after this.

I just have to shout out to our Subway store. There were signs that they had been very busy for hours. They greeted with a smile. They worked efficiently building our sandwiches as a team, and I quite frankly had the best Subway Club ever. Apparently there are reasons they are so busy.

Stop hiring kids that don’t want to work. The older gentleman was great. He was very professional. The two teenagers sat around watching him work. He asked them to help out. They dumped at least a gallon of mayo on both sandwiches. Just poor service. Do better

We don’t ever leave reviews but Husband and I went out to the subway today dinner. A guy named Mark made our sandwich’s. He did amazing making our order. His communication skills are some of the best I’ve seen he was funny, kind yet very professional. Definitely should recognize good employees like mark.

Bought 2 subs to go. Online. One to drop off to spouse one to take home. Why can’t they label the things. Had to nearly unwrap one just to find out which is which, made a mess in the car. Thanks subway.
