When you’re so excited to get a stuff crust pizza hut pizza and receive a cheese/crust bubble, with sauce on half only and only half the crust has a minimal amount of cheese in it. Then you want go to their app to contact them and it won’t work so you go to Google.

Absolutely ridiculous my daughter orders a Family box that’s $25, and the person taking the order puts it in separately which then charges her like $40. Something she doesn’t realize until she checks her app for her card. Since they don’t like telling the price and when your a single parent dealing with hungry toddlers you don’t always think to ask. Talk about taking advantage. My local FB groups will enjoy hearing about this.

Worst experience at any pizza hut since I was a kid. Missing a pizza when ordered carry out, and wings didn’t have sauce on them. The pizza I did have was cold and undercooked. They took the wings and just added sauce and gave back, I would have expected a new warm batch but no. Had to wait for the second pizza, no discount offered and atmosphere was not friendly or clean.

I’ll be honest, my expectations were mixed on ordering from “The Hut™️”, especially with lack luster experiences across the board from delivery pizza as of late, but both my wife and I were happily surprised by the food quality and quickness in which said food was delivered.
We don’t do delivery too often these days, so it might be a minute before we order again, but this will definitely be our first choice next time the occasion of ordering a pie presents itself.

I am so confused as to why this Pizza Hut has bad reviews. I have been there now three times in the last two months and my food and the service has been above and beyond excellent!
When I order to go, my food is always ready and fresh and when I die in the service is impeccable.
UPDATE: Can confirm what others have written in the last couple months to be true. I’ve has 3 pizzas now that came not done what do ever. Had to come back to the store and it as not treated very well. The manager is nice but needs to work on customer service presence. Writing customers errors or or not wanting to list is not appropriate. Also, you should introduce yourself and maybe say you are the manager.
This place has gone down a bit on quality over the last 6-8 months. I will be taking a break or using the other located after my recent experience.

We’ve eaten here a bunch of times. Always good. Mainly Dinner Boxes, but most recently the Ultimate Hut Bundle. It’s a great deal. My favorite is the pan supreme.

The food was really good but it took them 15-20 minutes to get our appetizer out and then an extra 20 minutes for our pizza and when I went to the men’s bathroom the lights didn’t work so I had to prop my phone on the sink with my flashlight on to get light. There drink machine was broken so they had to give us bottled sodas.
