Very frustrating experience .
We walked in before closing and asked the employee near the front door if the lobby was still open. He looked at us completely confused and said, “I don’t know.” ♂️
Since the doors were unlocked and we were clearly inside before closing time, we proceeded to the counter — only to be refused service.
We have two girls under two years old , so loading them up, getting them inside, and then being turned away after already entering was incredibly frustrating.
If customers enter an establishment before closing, it is customary to serve them — not refuse and reject them ❌. Closing time means you stop letting people in at that time, not that you turn away customers who are already inside.
This will be the one and only time we walk into this location. Don’t waste your time — go somewhere else.

I went through the drive though today and ordered an Oreo Blizzard and a Vanilla Cookie Dough Blizzard along with a large chicken and dumplings and cheese curds. Both blizzards were sour and tasted funny. Like the vanilla has spoiled… The chicken and dumplings is a dry pile of mush… the only thing that was decent was the cheese curds. Very disappointing. Also the drive through attendant was monotoned, short and the customer service was unpleasant. My child and post partum wife was really upset that the blizzards were unsatisfactory.

Order a meal, dilly bar and a blizzard…
Missing the dilly bar, the blizzard and the drink is a regular sized drink.
Not being rude, but it’s truly not THAT difficult to get an order correct. Small mistakes are understandable, but half of an order implies pure laziness and lack of responsibility.
The icing on the cake. Never seems to figure out how to give you a straw.

I am disappointed tonight. I have been getting the Chocolate Brownie Extreme for years. Today I went to get my regular and also got 2 other kinds for my family. Theirs was great but mine was different. Everyone tasted it and agreed. I can’t figure out why it’s not creamy. I thought freezer burn or a new ice cream machine but if the others were fine what could it be? We decided maybe they used their chocolate ice cream machine instead of mixing. Who knows but I can’t eat it not knowing. And it is taste awful. Headed to Braums for some real ice cream. So disappointed.

Drive thru didn’t move for 15-20 mins after ordering. No kidding, I listened to 5 plus songs so I know it was a while. Finally get to the window and all of our blizzards are melted. Coming from a restaurant manager, these should not have been made until the line had gone down.

5 stars for fast food, service always with a smile and although the seating is a little old the restaurant is always clean. While there I’ve observed groups around me seem to be having a good time.

Good food and friendly service, the shakes? Not so great, it’s more like ice milk

It is disappointing to report that my recent experience at the Dairy Queen in Greenville Texas was not up to par. While the service was efficient, the food was not satisfactory. The fries on my order were served cold and hard, which was a letdown. It would have been appreciated if they were fried fresh.
Additionally, when I asked for a menu item that is available at another location, the drive-thru attendant was not very polite in her response. Instead of politely explaining that they did not offer the item, she rudely told me that if it was not on the menu, I should not ask for it. I was also disappointed to find out that the chicken fried steak sandwich on toast that I usually enjoy at the Royse City location was not available at this location.
Lastly, the toast that came with the steak finger box was just a slice of bread, which was not what I was expecting. It is disappointing to see that even in a time of rising food prices and a recession, the quality of the food is not up to par. I hope the management takes note and makes the necessary improvements.

I had an amazing experience at Dairy Queen! A special shoutout to one of the employees, who was incredibly kind, welcoming, and provided top-notch customer service. Their positive attitude and energy made my visit even better. The food was fresh, the Blizzard was perfectly mixed, and the atmosphere was great. I’ll definitely be coming back! Highly recommend this location!
