Visited our local Wingstop only to be disappointed by not only the cleanliness of the store but also the wings I ordered. The floors were so sticky if you were wearing flipflops you would lose one. The countertops by the soda machine were dicky and covered in spilled soda. Tables didn’t see wiped down despite being the only customers. There was 4 employees at the time of our visit and not one had the time to wipe anything down as they were too busy standing in the back talking. After waiting 30 minutes for my wings I get home and open them to see them very poorly sauced and when I looked at the bottom of my box it was clear the sauce put on my wings just consisted of oil. No flavor to the wings at all I’m super disappointed by the service, the cleanliness of the store, and the food.

My wife ordered a sandwich and a cup of water. They charged for the water. Her sandwich and water cost more than the combo meal, which includes fries and a soft drink.☹️
Very long wait, even though there were lots of people working. It took 35 minutes to get our order!
While we waited for our order, there were 8 customers waiting in the restaurant. No one seated had food and we were the last ones to sit. Slowly, the people waiting for go orders got their food before anyone seated. Once the food came, it was hot and delicious!

Surprisingly quick and tasty when compared to the Wingstop in Des Moines which is a nightmarish dimension of timeless purgatory where time has stopped but consciousness is tortuously forced to continue, screaming and mad, into endless eons of nothingness and blank, unchanging oblivion. Food was stone cold when delivered. Their excuse was that they got food cooked fast and it sat there waiting for delivery driver. Trying to push the blame on delivery person. Not even an offer to refund the cost of the fries or make some new ones. Obviously they are not very coordinated with delivery folks

Placed a to-go order online for two 8 piece combos. Still had to wait for almost an hour once we arrived in the store for the order to be ready. Once we got the order back home, the boneless 8 piece wing combo was laughably small in size. Given the wait we experienced to even pick up the order, we decided that it wasn’t worth it to go back.

The cash register lady said they didn’t want to take any more orders in person that we had to order online . She gave such a bad attitude that I didn’t even want to go through the process of ordering online the app and the she told the other workers that if people say it’s a problem to refuse service. She was so rude and disrespectful and unprofessional.

Takes way too long because the workers are too busy talking about their high school stories. Always very dirty inside restrooms never get cleaned and the employees do not wear gloves when making your food. Very unsanitary. I doordash and pick up a lot of orders here and it always takes 20-30 minutes longer than expected and I personally would never eat here.

First off I would like to begin off with saying that I am not a big fan of any Domino’s wings Pizza hut wings Buffalo wild wings. I’m from Houston Texas we have many variety of wings. With that being said when it comes down to it, Wingstop is always one of my favorites. Their local wings from Houston which I go to first. But if I can’t make it in time Wingstop never lets me down. And neither did this Wingstop have Roswell. I drove 50 minutes from Artesia, New Mexico just to eat their wings on my lunch break. They were unable to accommodate me because they were so packed that they forgot to put my order in. That did not stop them from giving me great service and for filling my stomach with my craving of 10 lemon pepper wings hot. A side of fries and ranch and a little queso dipping. I got my usual, a High C mixed with cherry which I was very excited that they had the Coca-Cola machine that gives you options from different types of Coca-Cola’s to different types of pepsis and water as well. High C my childhood drink. everything was amazing and I can’t wait to go back. Thank you Wingstop for opening in Roswell I will be there on a daily basis.

Wingstop does take longer than I like in general, but gave it a go. They weren’t terribly busy so we ordered Dine-In and went to sit. All of the tables had sauce on them or were sticky so I asked for something to wipe off a table and the front clerk wiped off one table. We sat for awhile and people came and went with their To-Go orders. Two people I had watched order after us were handed their orders and left so I went to check ours. The front clerk looked at the bags on the To Go shelf and got ours. I don’t know how long it had been there because there were no names being called, just bags handed to customers. We were there an hour and I just wanted to leave so got the bag and left. When we sat down to eat the food was cold and there was not much sauce on the wings. Had we gotten to eat at the store I would have asked for more sauce. Im hoping this was just been an Off-Night or a miscommunication.
