We ended up door dashing this spot so we could try something new. Wow! I’m impressed! The food was great tasting and seasoned very well! As a matter of fact this was some of the best chicken I’ve had. My daughter loved her food as well. It was great portion sizes, enough to get us full, and the food tasted fresh like it had just been prepared with fresh ingredients. What i have to count off for was the lemonade and berry juices. Yuck! They both tasted like something i would drink if i was on a cleanse. I won’t get that again but i would definitely give the food another shot. I also didn’t like the balsamic dressing. It was way too strong.

Food was good. I got the hummus bowl with tofu and it was very basil-y. I’d swap the sauce next time. Overall good food. Tons of healthy, vegetarian and vegan options. We tried the fries too which were good. Friendly staff. Received good quickly.

I have been coming here for years. The parking can be difficult during rush hours. Service is a hit and miss. The place is clean and inviting. The location is in a decent area, giving a good sense of security. But again, you can never be too careful after all this is part of Houston, greater Houston. Over the years, I ordered more or less the same dish. I have noticed they have decreased the about of protein (chicken) and cheese. Often, they would give me a dried up piece of lime. Not sure how long this company will be in business.

I literally felt my body getting healthier when eating this food! it was SO good! The staff was very friendly and inviting. They had great suggestions and helped us choose great meals. I had a garlic steak plate and it was fantastic! My wife had a chicken salad and she loved hers too!!! We’ll absolutely eat here again and again!

Honestly what a nice little surprise. Was headed to the FIR concert and wanted a meal before I got in there and the Mexican place I used to eat at pre show, was closed.
Opened up the app and found this place and really glad I did.
Great prices. Friendly staff. And really good food.
It’s subway style with picking what you want, after seeing a huge menu. And most everything looked great.
Settled in the blackened chicken and it was great. Fresh food. Good flavors.

Good portions for a tasty meal! Hearty, filling, tasty, and fresh. It’s a great option for a casual meal, especially if you appreciate eating clean & healthy. We enjoyed our no-guilt steak bowls with organic tea & lemonade to drink.
We stopped in on a busy Sunday afternoon. At 2pm, there were still many people in line, but the crowd moved fast. The restaurant has a decent amount of seating. It’s bright and welcoming, with lots of sunlight pouring through the windows and a clean aesthetic. Robert greeted us and prepared our meals. He was super friendly, well versed with the menu, and made our bowls picture-perfect. Exemplary service & attention to quality!
Enjoyed everything every much and will absolutely be back again.

I just wanted to take a moment to express how touched I was by the kindness and thoughtfulness of the lady working behind the online pickup order rack today at 1:50pm. Even though I had placed a mobile order and was just sitting at a table, she went out of her way to check on me and make sure I received my food first. It really stood out to me how genuine and passionate she is about her work. Her attention to detail and care for customers really made my experience special, and I just wish I knew her name to thank her personally. She truly made my day! THANK YOU!!!

I visited Sweet Green today and noticed a discrepancy in customer service from the moment I entered. Unlike every other guest who was immediately greeted with a ‘hello’ or ‘welcome in’, I was not acknowledged at all.
The ordering process felt rushed. The server preparing my bowl prematurely shouted my order details to the cashier so I could be rung up before the bowl was even finished.
When checking out, I was immediately struck by the price of $18.29. I have consistently ordered the exact same bowl in the past and have never been charged this amount. I didn’t want to hold the line over the price because there were people behind me, so to verify, I used the Sweet Green app to build the identical bowl, and the total was $15.97.
While the difference is only $2.32, the combination of the less-than-stellar customer service and the unexplained pricing issue was a bit disappointing. Had the service been more welcoming and attentive, this issue would likely not have prompted me to write a review.

I get salads from Sweetgreens on a regular basis because they’re one of my favorite meals and close to home. But I stopped in today to just get my regular salad and Daron computed my meal for no known reason other than the fact that he’s just so sweet. So I had to leave a nice review because how often does this happen in this world, right?

The caramelized garlic steak bowl was yummy. The ingredients were fresh and very tasty. The service was great. They were very helpful in explaining what we could get and were very expeditious in making the bowls. The drink and bread were a nice touch as well. There was plenty of parking and it was very family friendly.
