They tried to charge me an extra large bowl. I has to correct them. They then charged my daughter a large bowl price but gave her a mini bowl. When confronted, they say it’s the same amount, but in a smaller bowl. Depending on who works there, it’s kinda sketchy. Good food, but be careful with the charges.

The masubi was outstanding. The quality of the fish in the pokebowls was AWFUL. I picked up the ahi with my chopsticks and the ahi felt firm. None of the fish was cold, the unagi in the bowls was fatty but thick. The salmon was also firm and chewy. The spicy tuna felt really off. The over all flavor just tasted like something was wrong to me and my boyfriend. The fish was cut terribly, stuck together chunks. I normally get the same bowl from all poke places. This is the first one that was not edible. Huge let down considering price of order and a hungry belly.

I got the Sriracha Shrimp and they made my daughter a tofu and spam bowl. All of it was amazing!!! The customer service was great. They were so appreciative of our business. This is our new favorite place.

Kind service and the food was absolutely phenomenal and delicious! The people had great customer service. I can’t wait to come back! Also the portion sizes were huge, we got the regular bowl to feed two and I loved it and how healthy it was. The mini bowl is enough for one person honestly, unless you eat a lot then get the regular size.

Less scoops and smaller scoops than other places. Salmon was old, no salmon texture, more like avocado texture. Upside is the big portions of rice and veggies.

Poor service. Young man working 10/16/24 at 5pm needs additional training. The place was empty. Orders weren’t started at pickup time. Made one of the orders and went to socialize with friends. Ignored request to complete full order and continued to socialize. Coworker had to complete request on their behalf. Food was good but considering this was how the food pick-up went, we’ll pass and go somewhere else.

All meats are Very fresh and well seasoned. The flavor is top notch. They have Poke and cooked options and some amazing customer service. All staff was very helpful and assisted with food selection as they have so many options.
