Honestly great food and great people run by great owners. Inside comfortable and out back is incredible. Tenderloin was the best in the area we had and taco burger beyond generous with portions.

Local bar with ice cold drinks, good food, and friendly service. There is not a lot of seating for larger groups but the big screen makes for a great place to watch a game. The loaded fried bologna sandwich was delicious and very filling, you won’t walk out hungry. The bologna is a good 3/8-1/2 inch thick, a fried egg of your choice, two different cheeses, and onion rings. Pleasantly surprised with everything.

Have only been there once- so far. I like the building. It’s a dive bar but it serves food too. It’s cozy inside, nice bar, decent amount of seating. I could tell when I pulled into the parking lot thar there is a good sized covered back deck with additional seating.
The drinks were poured well (not weak), the bartender & waitress were both really friendly. Both my friend and I ordered the same meal: the loaded fried bologna sandwich with fries. Huge sandwich. Really tasty! My friend got his with egg on it, I got mine without. The rest of the menu looked good too and it was all reasonably priced.

Be aware they don’t have an online menu. Expect to pay different when you go there. The bartender is a little kid. And doesn’t know how to talk to their customers. The owner needs to do something about this.

Didn’t get my food I ordered. The bartender has no idea what she’s doing. I had to walk up to the bar to ask for a refill as she was only checking on people at the bar. Worst experience I’ve ever had. Saw a little kid come out of the kitchen serving people.

This was our second visit. The first was just meh. Dry tenderloin nothing basically good or outstanding. My husband had the tenderloin again. This time is wasn’t dark and dry but had no flavor. It needed him with some salt or something. I got 2 chicken sliders and a side of tots. I’m thinking chicken tenders on a mini bun. I end up with two nearly burnt Tyson looking patties and about 10 Tots. Since it was alacarte tots i expected more than a handful. They, too needed salt. Husbands fries were a bit limp. As I looked around and saw no one else eating on a Friday night I realized people don’t come for the food. Casey’s chicken is amazing and I thought that a Grill could be as good or better but sadly, no. I basically left my whole meal on the table. I didn’t want a refry of a generic Tyson patty

Food was terrible but can’t expect much from a tiny bar. The prices were low. My mom had a chocolate martini that was alright. But the food. I’m pretty sure they served my husband Tyson wings, I can’t make this up y’all.
Go for the drinks but stay away from the food.

Just the sign outdoor makes you want to go in for a drink. Driving through stopped for quick lunch and glad we did. Friendly service, good food and quaint atmosphere. Be sure to have their special fries, rhey are tasty and you leave wanting more. A great local pub.

Overall the food tasted good, but it was the smallest portion of a rueben I have ever had.
The cheese steak was missing onions and peppers as requested and had to be sent backand the initial order for coleslaw was out of stock and had to be substituted.
The waitress/manager comped our meal for the mess ups in the kitchen.
Overall it was a decent meal, and I am may try again some other time, but despite the mess ups I felt the manager did everything she could to make it right.
Once corrected the cheesesteak was great. The rueban however I would not recommend.

Not anywhere close to “the best pork tenderloin in KC” I’m pretty sure it was from the previous day and was refried, it was tough and greasy, we ordered carry out from online menu and the information wasn’t remotely accurate. This place may have had decent food at one time, but it wasn’t on this day.
