Question … what is this? it was barely warm, couldn’t even bite into it and they just drizzled honey BBQ? that’s crazy. As well as the dasher getting lost for 10 minutes!! When he was literally one intersection away!! This is sad and unprofessional, this and a small pizza for $25? Yeaaa nooo y’all don’t eat from here, they probably spit on the food.

It’s Pizza Hut… you know what you’re getting unless you don’t get what you paid for… is what has happened a couple times. I’m writing a review today because I didn’t the first time. I ordered a supreme pizza. They left out the green bell peppers… didn’t give me a “Hey heads up.. we’re out of peppers”… nope. Just let me pay for it and sent me on my way. Not to mention that you have to wait in the lobby and open and close the door several times for the door to ding so they can come out to the front to greet their customers when they’re just chit chatting in the back…. We can hear you… it’s not a huge space. This pizza wasn’t for me… so you could imagine the disappointment of my husband who wanted it specifically for the peppers. Upon closer inspection it is also missing onions. This is just a cheese pepperoni and mushroom pizza… come on guys. You only had 2 orders in que.

We had a great experience with this location! We ordered a large order of pizzas for a Chiefs pre-game party and everything was hot and to-order. It was a big hit! Reading the reviews, it seems like a lot of these reviewers had more issues with the delivery drivers/service. We did pick-up and I was greeted right away, they were prompt and everything was ready to go! We’ll definitely order again in the future!

This location should get O stars. The worst experience ever! I received my pizza squashed to the side as you see in the photo. It’s like it was dropped and they didn’t think to check the pizza. I called to try to get a refund or accommodated in some way and they only said they could send me a new if I gave this one back (Who else isn’t starving by the time you get your food??). And the woman I spoke to was passive aggressive – the supervisor. Eventually we just gave up and said ok and started to eat it. I get another phone call a few min later from what sounded like a different person there and they said they were going to just make a new one and send it out and I didn’t have to give them the old one back. I was shocked after them explaining the policy but pleased that they were willing to do that. 2 HOURS later I still hadn’t received the new pizza so I call and they then tell me “yea the manager just said no so you’re not getting a new pizza anymore”. ARE YOU JOKING?? Why did no one call and just tell me never mind or WHY was I called back in the first place being informed I was going to get new one? It wouldn’t have continued to be this complicated if whoever that was didn’t call me back saying I was going to get a new one..SO UNPROFESSIONAL.

Listen, I don’t leave a ton of reviews, but I just had to shout out this fabulous Pizza Hut on 95th. I mean… wow. First of all, the staff was so polite. I walked in and immediately felt like family.
Now let’s talk about the pizza. OH. MY. WORD. We got a large for “the kids” (let’s be honest, mostly me), and I swear I had three slices before I even noticed. It’s that good. Even my husband who’s usually a “pizza is pizza” kinda guy said, “This one hits different.”
10/10, highly recommend. Go get yourself a slice!

I ordered two large meat lovers pizzas online from the Deal menu. They were delivered in a timely manner and were hot upon arrival. Unfortunately, the ingredients included on both of them were for a medium or small pizza, as the depth of the crust was 2.0″ to 2.5″ before reaching the cheese.
I know that Pizza Hut is trying to make money, but skimping on the ingredients is not customer friendly. They did something similar on my previous order by skimping on the amount of cheese on that order even though the crust was not as deep, and did not include some ingredients I ordered.
I don’t feel it is worth it to continue ordering from Pizza Hut – I would rather spend more on a Minsky’s Pizza that is better quality and quantity.

Ordered delivery. They sent a door dash guy. He could not find my place and DEMANDED that I stand outside and wait for him. He told me that I put the wrong info in the order details. I told him that I ordered from Pizza hut and they did it not me. He then stole one of my sodas and said he was taking it as “payment” then said, “I dare you to stop me”. I specifically order from pizza hut to avoid having to go through door dash because of this.
On top of everything, ALL my food was wrong. Even wrong drinks. I have someone in my home who has serious allergies so we had to throw the food away. I called the store and the guy I talked to was extremely dumb. He didn’t know if they had drivers, he didn’t know their hours, he didn’t know if he had any managers. It was very odd. I eventually got a hold of a manager who told me she “doesn’t have time for this” then hung up on me. Ya don’t order from here. They will rip you off.

Burnt pizza that arrived late (two hours after ordering) on New Years Eve. Called store after delivery guy delivered it to our hotel room (we are from out of town).
They told us that if we wanted the pizza to be remade it would take another two hours. With a bunch of hungry kids that option would not work, so they forwarded my call to a call center. The call center said they would credit my phone number for half the amount of the order, and we could use it at any Pizza Hut.
We ate what we could of the pizza and had to throw the rest away.
Fast forward two weeks… Ordered pizza from another Pizza Hut, and there is no credit on my account (phone number).
