Not a good experience at the Burger King. For starters a worker assumes she could keep my three cents. Now that’s not a big sum of money by anybody’s measure, but it was mine and she should not assume she could keep it. I did not mention it, but I noted it.
Worse, she parked me waiting for my food and the reason is because she said they were changing shifts. Rather than working a couple minutes over to get the order out, the customer had to wait. The work ethic among some in this country these days is shockingly bad.

Have it your way… The burger tasted like burnt griddle top, other tasted like they poured salt all thru it. The manager lady be constantly frowning & the man gave my burger very burnt the visit before this time. You go place order get home food items missing & toppings missing from burger. Go back then they do the same thing. I will not be back to this location.

Reggie, the cashier was very friendly and made sure I received my drink while I was waiting for my order. And the staff made my customized order correctly.
But there were two negatives
First. There was a gentleman here when I arrived who had placed his order online before he came into the restaurant. He was still waiting for his food after I had received mine. He told the employees he was waiting for his mobile order. But due to disorganization, he was made to wait, even though the order was sitting in front of us, already completed
Secondly, the floors were extremely sticky in th lobby. Perhaps someone mopped up a spilled drink, but without soapy water.

My Double-Impossible was completely dried out and hard. I know there is a bias against plant-based meat but please have your cooks retrained on how to properly lightly grill and carefully warm the patties. Very disappointing.

Manager on duty was rude and unpleasant when dealing with customers. When i told him my door dash order was incomplete he made me feel like i was at fault. Totally not helpful and disrespectful. I would not recommend this burger king. Did not resolve my issue.
