Wow. You guys, I don’t go around giving places 5 stars so you KNOW when I say this place is a big deal.
Stopped by on a Sunday, very intimate setting as there were only a couple people at the moment. Sushi rolls were on point. Gyoza- perfect! You gotta try the Black Canyon roll!!

Me and my boyfriend came in on impulse, it’d been a long day and we were starving. We got 5 special rolls. Each one was beautifully made, delicious, fairly priced, and did I mention absolutely delicious? We also got two appetizers which were very cheap for how much food you get and were also super yummy!! We devoured everything and left incredibly satisfied. Our server was very friendly, super fast, made us laugh, as well as offered to bring us drinks to go. Lastly, the atmosphere! We walked in and immediately agreed it was very cozy. Everything is very clean, the decor is lovely, and I will be bringing my friends and family here again! Highly highly recommend as one of the best sushi places I’ve ever been to!

Had a date night here to get some ramen (which definitely did not disappoint!) and we’re glad we came here!
The pricing was really good too with how hard it is to eat out and not break the bank these days. I would really recommend giving this place a try!

Shoyu is one of my top sushi spots! I go here all the time. The service is always great whether it’s busy or not (and it definitely gets busy on weekends!). The sushi chefs are great at what they do and I love watching them work from the bar. Their fish quality is some of the best around this area; not chewy, not overly fishy, not still partially frozen etc. The wasabi here is generally pretty fresh and not overly mixed as I’ve had with several other places. Their house hot sake is also one of my staples, I don’t know how to explain but it’s tasty. I always go for their sashimi deluxe and am never disappointed. I hope Shoyu never changes, I love this place so much.

I’ve ever had. Prices are extremely fair for the amazingly fresh sushi. I’d highly recommend coming here if you’re interested in good food, atmosphere and sushi. Shout out to Nina for the excellent service and suggestions of what to have. It was my first visit and I will be going back as soon as possible for the absolutely amazing food!

Shoyu Sushi in Parker is a gem! The staff are incredibly friendly and make you feel right at home, even remembering regulars. You can tell they have true sushi craftsmen here – the quality is consistently high and everything tastes fresh and delicious. A top spot for sure!

The food at this restaurant was excellent, everything was in decent sized portions and everything was freshly made. The pricing was a bit on the higher end but what isn’t these days. We had a couple rolls, appetizers and and drinks and the total came to just over 100 for 2 people.
The atmosphere wasn’t anything incredible as it is a strip mall location. The service was decent when it was present, but we were left a couple times with out anyone stopping by to see if anything was needed. Overal the place is good and the food is great. Would stop here again.

This place used to be better. This last visit the sushi rice was falling apart. The Kani Salad was drowned in crunch, I couldn’t even taste the crab. And the prices were up. To add to all of this, they randomly added an 18% gratuity to the bill without mentioning it. This was not a large party either. We probably won’t be going back.

Ordered delivery through UberEats. The sashimi sampler tasted fresh and was presented well. My favorite sashimi is Hamachi or Yellowtail. Their portion is 3 perfect slices. Again, tastes fresh and made me look up and moan inside as I ate it . True story.
Can’t ever go wrong with the Lucky 7 fried sushi roll either. Best deal on the sushi roll menu IMO.
