Really lovely lady who runs the shop. She sells lots of beach/sun goods and all the products she sells are from local businesses. Food is great and her handmade jewelry is beautiful! Go check them out and show your support!

We were craving something sweet in between meal times and after visiting the beach, so we stopped here. We both got delicious smoothies and really enjoyed them! I got the Zion (peanut butter, chocolate and banana) and I thought it was the most unique creation of that blend that I’ve ever had!
Check this place out when you’re in the area!

Set up is a little funky. Half the store is merch and then they have a small area to order and wait. It gets crowded fast making it awkward to wait around for your items. Last year the set up seemed better. BUT I love getting the Zion smoothie and Hawaiian Wrap with no blue cheese. They are both so delicious. I used to love to get the sunset smoothie as I thought they had the best smoothies around. but ever since they moved location it is not the same. They no longer carry raspberries! the smoothies and bowls quality have went down, lacking flavor. The smoothies are very frozen and don’t taste fresh:/. Which disappoints me but I’m so happy I found the Zion because it is so delicious! Great place to grab a bit to eat while at the wall! Surfs up!

Cards accepted!!! Relaxed music, mixed crowd, unique menu options and pretty good prices. Smoothies and wrap based food. Breakfast burrito was scratch made & fresh. ATM in store.

The person taking our order was extremely rude and unfriendly. We asked for tap water… specifically if it was free as we saw the charge come up and they continued to say yes. Yet we later realized they charged us. We left to eat our food on the beach and a couple bites in I saw that there was a BUG in my wrap!!!!!!! Will probably never go back and i’m a resident here.

This place is probably the cleanest establishment in Hampton. I’ve noticed this every time I’ve come in and I noticed the employees clean the counter and anything they do after each thing they make. The ice coffee is very good, the session bowl is huge and priced very well for the area. The breakfast burrito is very good, I wish they would sell it until 12 on the weekends. Glad to have this place back open. Great spot!

The definition of mid. It’s a good location for the locals (which I am not) but the food we got was definitely not worth the price. Very middle of the road burrito, one I can make better at home. Husband wasn’t impressed with the breakfast burrito either. The acai bowls looked good, but 11 bucks? Not worth it to me. I think next time we’re in town we’ll drive farther to find something else.

Horrible burrito. Used to be such a great spot. Seems to be young kids who don’t care about the quality of the food instead of older folk cooking with love. The burrito was hot and cold and overall not good.
