Ew customer service is trash very weird energy in there would never go back no one’s making them work there i asked for a beverage 1/2 coffee 1/2 hot chocolate/ everyone knows you charge for hot chocolate it’s more expensive, she said they don’t do that anymore and can’t do that so i went next door and got exactly that for the price of a hot chocolate

This dunkin is the closest to my house so that’s the only reason why I go here. However, I always expect my order to be wrong. At this point I’m shocked if they get it right. I order a hot coffee, they give me iced. Your sandwiches will be either cold or burnt. The one on E. Ashland is better.

I was the only car in the drive thru, not a single customer in the store, ordered 3 sandwiches and 3 hash browns was asked to pull up front. After 10 minutes, 5 employees in the store not a new single customer they bring me my food. Missing 1 sandwich and 1 hash brown, they are mad I am upset that they cannot get a single order right, they tell me they were cleaning,do I still want tge sandwich thst I paid for, or do I want to come back tomorrow and speak to the manager. REALLY of course I want the food I paid for otherwise I would not have ordered it or came in. Unbelievable!!

This place is so slow and the lady let me sit at the speaker for 5 minutes before I said hello. Then she said what I get you? Not hello how may I take your order? 5 minutes waiting at the speaker is ridiculous! Its not like you can just drive around and leave the drive thru either its 1 car space. Even when you go in they are very slow too. Its like they don’t care. I work right beside here too and will not go here before or after work. I had time to today that was a mistake. The coffee was gross too.

Whoever was working the drive through on 5/25 at 9:35 am was the rudest person I’ve ever encountered at dunkin. I had a birthday beverage I wanted to use, so I ordered a large coffee and a small for my bf. She applied it to the small (their system does it this way) and refused to adjust the order to give me the larger discount. I’ve been to other dunks and they usually do it no problem. Its MY birthday reward so I should be able to use it how i want.

Do not use their app if you plan on getting food there. If you use it to order ahead to pick up when you get there the staff will not even have looked at the order until after you arrive. “Oh, you are waiting for something?”
In fact, you are better off not using the app at all (especially if any promotions are involved i.e. National Coffee Day) or going to the Dunkin Donuts on Center Street.
