I asked for day old bread because its a simple thing for my family to make stuff at home and I know you can get day old bread for a discounted price. But I asked for it, and the guy kinda said ya in a sparky way. Ypu guys need to train your employees to be nice, or they need to get a job at a warehouse. I come on, I get u want to go home. But youre there to make a living, at least put a fake smile on. I came in before recently and they were not rude. But maybe yall hired some rude teeny boppers.

If you want dry bread and very little meat, this is for you! You get more bread than ingredients. I’ll continue going to the Redmond store. I shouldn’t have to wait 20 minutes with an online order. Very disappointed since I got the same treatment twice. Grrrr!

Mikes Way; absolutely destroy a perfectly good sandwich. Dunno if the girl just waaaay over did it, but do NOT order “Mikes Way”.
Really sad to see food wasted, and I am always a eat it if you make it type, but this way to many steps way to far.
Absolutely. DISGUSTING.
Not the only time I’ve gone, but that was my last straw; it’s been some kind of issue. Every. Time.
And how do you justify a sandwich over 20$??? Dystopia….

I’ve eaten my fair share of Jersey Mike’s and they were good but now I’m just disappointed and had to throw my sandwich away. I ordered a chicken cheesesteak without any tomato or lettuce and I’ve had to spend 30 minutes picking out lettuce from my food, only to still bite into more lettuce. I regret tipping today and I regret not grabbing a receipt. Overall a bad experience and a waste of money. If you don’t have any food restrictions, it’ll be fine, but if you have to take items off to be able to enjoy your meal, I suggest you spend money elsewhere.
It’s a really bad sign that when I go to post a review, there’s lots of other people with the same complaint.

Love me some Jersey mikes, but customer service is slipping hard. Don’t bother ordering pickup. It’s faster to wait in line.
The other thing was that I can see you make my sandwich. I can see you mess up my order. I can also see you just pushing all the toppings off and sending it anyway. Any self respecting cook would remake it. Previous staff would have never done that, ever. I miss them now, never know how good you have it til it’s gone.

They don’t know how to follow instructions I guess. I ordered food. They put the receipt on the bag and still gave me 2 regular subs. When I called to let them know manager Ryan, didn’t even apologize. He says well you want to come pick up the other half. When I say I can’t, he then says well what you want me to do, contact the 3rd party.
Superb customer service skills….

I really like Jersey Mikes and feel bad leaving such a review, but I’ve had some gross sandwiches the last four times I’ve ordered here. Each time I’ve had hair in my sandwich, very gross and frustrating. It doesn’t feel like it’s worth trying to get a refund, but maybe someone will read this and do something about it.

Great sandwiches! So delicious and fresh. We love their pepper relish. We called in our order and when we arrived they ended up being out of lettuce so they gave us our sandwich for free! So nice of them and such great customer service.

Ordered delivery, didn’t get the giant sub, didn’t get my sodas. Chips were wrong and sub ingredients weren’t even close to being what I ordered.

this location let’s transient and vagrants hang out inside while I’m trying to eat. And the girl behind the counter gives away free food to her friends that are driving a white Jeep. why do I have to pay for mine? I think the management needs to do a little bit of employee research
