I call this my Taylor Starbucks because they play Taylor Swift a lot at this location. Here’s the secret: Starbucks stores can only play “official Starbucks playlists” on Spotify. What Liam and the staff told me is there’s a specific playlist that has a lot of Taylor mixed in that comes on a lot. It’s called “Starbucks Lovers” and you can find it on Spotify too.

I mentioned Liam because he was the best Starbucks register staff member I’ve ever had the pleasure to meet. met someone who worked there named LIAM. Total Joy. Great customer service and even put my Instagram handle: @JordanLovesAI on my little sticker on my cup. It was like the best. Also, I must say Liam made me feel confident in my purchase of the red Year of the Horse mug ☕️ I bought. 10/10 Stars for Liam!

Staff said Patrick and Tianna are good managers.

Claudia just celebrated 10 years with Starbucks!!!!! And she is a gem she was working the register next to the register I was on and she went above and beyond with a positive attitude. Hailey: shift manager, good —she put on the Taylor Swift Spotify “Starbucks Lovers” playlist.

Pro-tip from Claudia: the music is louder in the back corner room where people sit.

Note: 11:30AM ON SUNDAY—super busy! For drinks/food. Not really anyone in lounge.

Starbucks coffee is well…. Starbucks coffee! So I only have a review for the service at this location. Which is what really differentiates most of these coffee shops. It will serve the business as a whole if the STAFF remember that they signed up to serve coffee and other goods in exchange for paying their rent etc. We are not interested in whatever it is that’s informing your unsavory and aloof attitude. I just want coffee and a smile if you can muster it. So to the girl at the drive through that decided to take the order at the counter to help your peers but make my coffee experience quite shitty… Keep it up. It’s only a matter of time to until you cost the owner too much money and yourself your job. Be grateful that you have one. For now!

Standard standalone Starbucks with both drive through and walk-in traffic. The coffee is good; however, the breakfast sandwich was pre-made and warmed. It wasn’t particularly fresh. The taste was okay, but not great.

The cashier that took my order was personable and efficient. The batista were focused on producing the orders and did not interact with customers at all. This was fine because it was extreme busy. However, you had to stand very close to hear your order called because the spoke with a low voice and the music playing was very loud. As a consequence, the orders were backing up in the pick up area. They do have guest Wi-Fi and decent seating.

Parking can be full and drive through lines long at peak hours.

Save your money and go to Ziggys or Sonder instead.

I was charged $24.19 for delivery of a coffee and egg bites. Ridiculous. Egg bites never arrived. Online support (Clarisse) only offered to refund $8 and would not escalate my issue. So basically i ended up paying $16 for a coffee. Went to get egg bites in person and they tasted like chemicals… I couldn’t even eat them. What is going on with this place?? Terrible service, terrible food, terrible customer service for a high price.

This location has an employee that horded the limited bear glass while 7 people were waiting in line. This employee is pounding on the glass door to be let in and walks past these 7 people who had been waiting and laughs and smiles and takes the one bear into the back. This should not be allowed at all and is a very bad look for Starbucks.

The best experience I’ve had at Starbucks! The staff was upbeat and very accommodating. I believe the guy at the register was Michael and the girl that was working with him on the afternoon of 11/22 were both great! Wished I lived closer. This would be my go to store for sure! Will be visiting again next time I’m in the Cherry Creek area.

I went today July 25th 2025 at 1:12pm I ordered a strawberry crème frappe they lady got an attitude and said it’s not coffee when I never said it was I was just asking if I was just pronouncing “crème “ right, and they instead made the strawberry matcha. When she went to hand it to me it’s like she tossed it to me. I have posted the pics of what I ordered and what they gave me. I was rushing so I didn’t complain(also I like this drink as well) but the attitude from all 3 workers was not needed.

Window person terribly rude. I ordered “warm” drinkable hot. Drink arrived very hot, no cuff available. He handed to me. I said it was not drinkable hot, he dismissed me and shut window and walked away. Very rude!
