We ordered eggs and cheese sourdough sandwiches that literally tasted and looked like plastic, hash browns were burnt and soggy. Also ordered a chi-tea that tasted horrible. My kids and I were sitting in the car contemplating if to ask for our money back. Also, the place was dirty and the ladies bathroom was broken.

It’s 2:30 in the afternoon and they have no donuts. The service here is slow in the morning. Have ordered a breakfast sandwich only once, it was undercooked. Coming from New York I can tell you it shouldn’t take more than a few minutes to get a cup of coffee and a doughnut. Typically, I go to McDonald’s, cup of coffee cost half as much what’s faster service getting through the drive-thru

Went in to get a dozen donuts. I asked for four Boston cream filled, four jelly filled, and four chocolate filled donuts. Did not receive the chocolate filled. Instead, the guy gave me vanilla cream filled, and the filling, and each doughnut was very minimal more than half. The donut didn’t have any filling in them on any of them, I am only giving a one star because that is the lowest it will go. do you expect when you spend almost $15 for a dozen donuts that he would at least get the right ones and also have a decent amount of filling in them

Lobby closed due to staffing, got order wrong twice and had to hand back in window. Very rude. Never ended up getting the right coffees. Bagel was “lightly toasted” to almost blackened. 3rd bad experience in a row. Done with Dunkins in Harrison for sure.

New Dunkin’ location in Harrison
My daughter turned 13 & bc Starbucks in Fayetville were low on their items she couldn’t get what she wanted, so we gave Dunkin’ a shot. It was our first time ever getting Dunkin’, & it was ok. My daughter did get the best drink, I don’t recall the name but it was iced and had sprinkles in it! We put our experience on Tiktok, check us out @thechapmans72317. It took awhile to get our drinks, it looked like the staff was definitely waiting the window faster than those who came inside. I’m a huge donut person & tried the raspberry filled one & wasn’t a fan- I will give the coffee another shot. The location was clean

If I wanted to pay for a cup of ice I would’ve asked for a cup of ice. Ordered the peach energy drink and got 80% ice, 20% drink. After only a few sips, the drink was this empty. You can see how much ice is in it. The sausage egg and cheese sandwich was good. They were out of the whoopie donut.

Stopped by Dunkins in Harrison, AR this morning at 5:35am with a coworker. You would think at this time of the morning our food would be fresh. What the heck Harrison Dunkins! We each ordered hashbrowns and my order had 6 and my coworker had 4 hashbrown rounds… FOUR??? CLEARLY these were from yesterday! I submitted a photo of my coworkers hashbrown order. Disgusting, cold, soggy, and black grit from old oil (I’m assuming). Neither of us could finish our breakfast sandwiches. Mine was luke warm and both sandwiches tasted weird. My partner ordered a caramel iced coffee and she said it tasted like yesterday’s coffee. We couldn’t eat our food or drink and I should have turned around and requested a refund for the $18 we wasted. I will never order from here again. I cannot believe they would pass this “food” off to customers. 10 hashbrown rounds total and they looked like they were pulled from the trash, and they didn’t bother to make sure our food was hot. Wow!
