Honestly not the same at all. I asked for a bagel with cream cheese and jelly only to get a bagel with butter and little to no jelly. Also asked for a butter roll lightly toasted and it’s literally burned my child refused to eat it. Do better!

Some of the best bagels in the area. I’ve been going here since I was a little kid and the bagels are just the right thickness and density, not too hard or too soft. I just really wish they would update their interior a bit. It’s one of those old school bagel spots that looks like it’s falling apart sometimes. Unfortunately, sometimes it even looks close when it’s really open. But all of that can be forgiven I suppose because the bagels and service are that good.

The Food is so good but the staff and feeling of being there is so trash. They are always rude, god forbid u call the store too early or too late. They’ll unplug the phone or just straight up ignore. Ive seen it in person. The manager should be fired ir at least ashamed he not managing anything

I go every day for breakfast, Maria is fantastic, the guys are great, food is delicious, they know who I am , very respectful and always so nice , great place, whoever helps at counter is always polite but I usually get Maria because I go at 6 am

The food is mediocre at best, the customer service is incredibly rude, and to top it off—it’s overpriced. Honestly, you’re better off going just a bit further down the street to Manhattan Bagel. You’ll get better food, quicker service, and a friendly smile every time.
At this place, it feels like it takes forever to get your food, then even longer for it to actually reach your table. By the time you finally take a bite, you’re left wondering, “Why did I even bother coming here?”
