Came to eat here about a week ago and I had a bad one so bad that I probably wouldn’t go back again. First let me say that this is not my first time eating at this establishment. I’ve come a few times over the past few years and I’ve never had a problem before. I usually have their soups with rice and maybe something to go for my wife. This time around I had a beef soup and though the food in the picture that I took looks amazing …It wasn’t at all. Let me get straight to the point. The broth was delicious but the meat was absolutely horrible and I wish I would of said something to my waitress but I saw other men there eating the same exact soup so I just kept quiet about it. The meat was old and I’ve never tasted such bad tasting beef in a stew before. One piece tasted almost rotten and I spit it out and ate around everything else. I eat at Spanish restaurants all the time and I know they use left over meats sometimes in most of their sanchocho’s but this was past being a day old. That meat should of never been in that soup and I know how good quality meat should taste so shame on you for serving that unhealthy trash. Gave me a stomach ache that night into the next day. I mean your establishment no disrespect but I know you guys could do better and I’m just here to give you my honest review…

I read a review that mentioned the customer service here is lacking and how they really only come here for the empanadas and I couldn’t agree more. There is one lady in particular that doesn’t even try she is just rude and the reviews that mentioned all she does is stare at you, are so true.

I bought a fish here and it was raw and it had its GILLS. when I told one of the employees about this she told me, you ask for an entire fish you got an entire fish. I told her this is not right she answered, THATS WHAT YOU ASKED FOR AND YOU GOT IT! This is disgusting, they gave me a whole intact fish. I deal my entire life with seafood and this is not how it is. This is unprofessional, unsanitary and disgusting. Anyone can get food poisoning from this. I will never EVER set foot here again.
Also the bathroom floor was wet, dirty and this wasn’t the first time this happened. Anyone can fall here, wow! I was left with a horrible impression and completely disgusted.

Oxy tail was a bit dry. I went in to order, asked if there was a combo, no answer. I asked to get 2 plates, when looking at the bill they charged me FOUR DOLLARS PER PERSON TO SIT AND EAT. I can’t even belive I’m typing this. Didn’t say anything about it before I sat down and no prices posted. When asked they said too bad these are the rules.

Service was horrible! Lady looked me in my face for 6 minutes (I counted) as she wiped down one plate never asked if she could help me. Only one table of guests other then that spot EMPTY so…then my food was trash!! Rice came from the bottom of the pot (hard and crunchy) I am a FIRM believer in tipping. I tip everyone every where even the gas attendants but she acted as if she did not want to serve me. Is this place only for Dominicans or…..will never return

Most dominican places stop serving breakfast around 9:30/10 am. I visited around 11:30 and was still able to get breakfast food. We ordered a lunch as well and it was good. The highlight was this rotisserie chicken (image below)!! Omg so good – definitely recommend. For a table of 2 people we paid 43 dollars (before tip)

Food is pretty good and very inexpensive! Carne Guisada is my favorite with some rice, beans and maduros. They have some seating and parking, but in my mind it’s more of a grab and go spot.

Had the moro, pernil, pollo guisado, maduros, and tostones and it was all very good. If I had one complaint, the potato salad didn’t have much flavor but everything else made up for it. And the service was good.

I disliked the customer service the day I went there. There were more than enough women to help me get my order but it literally took ten minutes till I walked out of the restaurant due to no one attending to me. I was standing right where the food was and nothing.

Worst place to eat at!!! The food itself was a 0 and the place it self was a -15. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The meat was so dry and had no flavor. As for the salami, it was not completely cooked. I was so disappointed in this place and their food. As for their morir soñado, it tasted like seasoning and had chunks of sugar every time I took a sip. Very disappointed in this place and I will never eat this garbage ever again!
