When I first made an order, I wanted to do pickup instead of drive thru but I missed the option to do so. When I went inside, the woman said I didn’t process my order. I looked again and it looked processed on my end. I then opted to cancel my order to re-order and was unable to do so. Then I saw a one cent burger promo and decided I wanted to order a 100% orange juice to try to get it. The promo didn’t attach properly as I thought. Then I waited maybe 17+ minutes. A second staffer confirmed my first order. I finally got my order from a 3rd staffer. I asked if I could cancel one of my orders and then try to re-order again w the one cent cheeseburger and the guy said he would just make it for me. Great team work and the 3rd staffer, a male, very excellent with dealing with potentially (unintendedly) annoying customers like myself who wasn’t able to use the app properly. Thank you for accommodating for me wanting my burger’s and money’s worth. Also, this is 5 stars because there was an accident on my way back home. I had been the first person to report the accident on Waze. Had it not been for the additional unexpected waiting time, I might not be here at home enjoying a peaceful Easter this minute.

I was one of the first customers that came in when the store open up and I been buying food from here but it’s been 2 times like today 3/3/26 that when I tell them that I want the meat well done even if it’s burn well today 3/3/26 the guy in the drive thru gave me a attitude about the burger not being well done if I ask for my food to be well done I want it that way so my second was the same way not well done I’m done I will not go back at all I put tha in the garbage because if y’all like raw meat that is on you I can’t eat that also y’all can have my perks point because I will never use them at all

It was my first time ordering food there and it was very unpleasant and disgusting. I ordered two Whopper combos and one of the burgers had women’s hair in it, the most disgusting thing in my life.

I’ve been to this Burger King 4 times since it opened. Each time progressively worse than the other. The last time, a guy was at the end of my table (They have a long table at this location) rolling a blunt while I was eating! Certainly not a place to take your kids to. Also, did the size of your burger shrink? Do yourself a favor and go to the McDonald’s up the street!

Nice new Burger King! The staff is friendly and they go above and beyond what most other Burger Kings do. For being a new Burger King it runs smoothly and everyone seems to know what they’re doing. But the most important part for me is they have great customer service

The restaurant was very clean and nice and looks good… the lady who help us at the register (Melissa is her name) walked up to the register huffing and puffing then proceeded to ask what we wanted with a nasty attitude. I understand it might of been a long day but you should be able to switch off your attitude when greeting someone new. We got our food and we was missing stuff the manager helped us out but the girl still was giving an attitude. Will not be back. Also our food was ice cold and not satisfying.

Ordered a single whoppers meal and had to wait almost 45 minutes. Asked what was going on and manager proceeds to say that they prioritizes the drive thru so anyone orders dine in or take out will have to wait until there is no drive thru orders

hon they rude, second of them allll, we asked for 3 whopper meal.. we got our 3 whopper but not our one more drink and onion rings? we corrected them dude, they argued back saying we got our meals. Hon. A meal w/o a drink and onion rings isn’t an meal????? So we got our MEALS after a moment of arguing.
