We don’t eat out very often at all due to inflation, but we wanted to grab a sandwich after being on the road all day. It’s laughable at this point, just how bad customer service has gotten. This isn’t even edible. It looks like it was thrown together by a 2-year-old child. Fire your entire store, and start fresh before you lose your franchise to these “workers.”
The inability to make a simple sandwich that you’re being paid to make……. is pathetic, lazy, and disrespectful towards this community.

Always great and customer service the best. Only one issue…change your listed operating hours on this site to say you close at 9:00pm instead of 10:00pm. That’s all!

I dont know who is the new owner of this location but they need to get a grip on there employees. One employee can’t handle questions, another can’t speak or understand English and the 3rd that was working was walking around like she didnt even know why she was there. The one with the manager shirt went in yhe back of the store in the middle of a rush and started slamming pots around so it sounded like a tonado was going threw there. Leaving 2 employees that had no idea what they was doing or how to speak to the customer. It took 20 mins to make 5 sandwich. Non of the to go online orders where ready. Then when this women walked back up front and was stomping around, she was asked who the owner was. She said dont know find out. Then threw the customer out of the store and refused service for asking her name and for the owner. Saying yhe customer had a attitude. I’m sorry if you are a new manager with a new crew dont you post on the door or window saying longer then wait time. Your customers are not mind readers and definitely not there to watch you and your employees have melt downs cause you can’t handle 5 sandwiches. Especially if you dont know who walks in the door of your store. It could be corporate or better yet the better business, or maybe someone much worse. A pissed off customer that dont have time to wait for your temper tantrum.

I have not been to a cleaner Subway in my life! Everything is spotless and well managed. I stopped going to Subway due to the increased prices. This location has an affordable lunch special, great service, and outstanding cleanliness. I was so impressed.
