Stopped by this Tropical Smoothie Cafe and had a really good experience. The inside was clean, organized, and actually felt welcoming — you can tell they keep up with the dining area. The staff was friendly and moved quickly, so my order came out faster than I expected.
My smoothie tasted fresh, and the food was exactly what I was hoping for. Nothing over the top, just solid, consistent quality. The only reason I’m giving it four stars instead of five is that the seating area can feel a little tight when it gets busy, but it’s not a dealbreaker.
Overall, clean place, quick service, and a reliable spot when you want something fresh without a long wait. I’ll definitely be back.

This place is amazing! It’s very clean, no bugs, nothing! The vibe is amazing and I def feel the tropical atmosphere. The food is immaculate. And I can taste the freshness. This place is amazing! The customer service is the best! Soon as you walk in the door they all greet you! Bunch of younger kids and they know to greet customers when they walk in the door! Wish they could teach this at the fast food restaurants in town. A girl named Kalia with big poofy hair helped me! She was the sweetest! Food was amazing! Smoothies ON POINT!!

I ordered online; a smoothie combo. The food came out great besides the blueberry I found in my chicken pesto. But I ordered a specific smoothie and removed one ingredient and added three more and they only gave me the ingredients I asked for and not the two extra fruit that came in the smoothie originally . I figured it was my mistake. I went back to the app. I carefully re-ordered the same smoothie paid almost the same price to have it delivered. Just for them to make it wrong again. Now I could understand if this was my mess up this is my first time ordering online. But after the first order, I called the restaurant and no one responded, but I ordered at a relatively busy time so I assumed they were busy. After the second smoothie, I have called four times and left a message there is no Customer service number to call. So I have spent a lot of money just to be lazy at home after work. Very disappointed in the company. And I’m really disappointed in the store. Anytime I go in there. There is at least 4 to 5 employees and no one can answer the phone.

Just popped in for a quick lunch before a meeting and the team was on top of their game for customer service! I was welcomed as soon as I opened the door and the young lady that helped me at the register was so sweet! I am so excited this is right down the street from my office, because I will definitely be back!
